Recommended location for those like us who have been to the Novara safari park. The rooms are comfortable and spotless. The only criticism is that it could use a makeover. But nothing more. Extremely friendly staff. Impeccable shuttle service. For those visiting the hotel, the restaurant is also highly recommended. Both the pizzeria and the restaurant are excellent. You won't regret it.

Great place to stay near MXP. There is free parking across the street in a very big lot. I stayed here for a night before a very early morning flight the next day. The rooms are okay for a few nights. It's clean but the lighting was a little dark. Their free airport shuttle service starts at 5AM and they were nice enough to even pack us some breakfast. The shuttle service is very flexible, when picking us up from the airport, we just had to call them and they came within 10 minutes.
The hotel is connected to a restaurant, which has really great food too and worth the price. Totally recommend.

This is a good place to stay if you need to get to the Milan airport easily. They provide transportation to the airport which is fast and comfortable. It's nice that they have a restaurant but the food was just okay.

Ok.Food in the restaurant is delicious and reasonable priced,best Pizza and risotto I ever had.For me the only con,if you want go out for example to supermarket or to the city you will need a car,because no taxi,no nothing and it is dangerous to walk on an overland Street without pedestrian walk side.All in all good experience,if the evening full time staff could smile sometimes it would help a lot.
Breakfast was served at 6AM.

Very convenient for flights from Malpensa: they pick you up and bring you back with a free shuttle, driven by a precise, punctual driver and... a lover of Pink Floyd. Comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant. Breakfast included in the price.

Good food and service. The hotel is a great deal with easy access to the airport and friendly service. The complementary breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again.
