ambiente con volte in mattoni, personale gentile e preparato, servizio impeccabile. Piccola entre di cous cous, antipasto di cavoli -toma e nocciole (ma anche i moscardini al sugo che ho assaggiato erano buoni e puliti bene), gnocchi al bleu (non forte) ma anche la pasta con polpo era buona, baccalà stupendo. Dolcini con il caffé. Ottimo e ci torno. Il conto non so, ero invitato, ma ci torno, sicuramente

Non posso che dare il massimo dei voti... servizio impeccabile, personale gentile e preparato che ci ha illustrato i piatti in maniera professionale, cibo ottimo e super attenzione al cliente. Piccolo aperitivo, entrèe e dolcetti che accompagnano il caffè sono un omaggio del ristorante! Torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent restaurant. Two antique style rooms, clean and tidy. Tables outside with a roof and small garden. Piedmontese menu with excellent dishes. Parking courtyard in front. Friendly and welcoming staff.

02/01/2025: If you are looking for an unforgettable gastronomic experience, you absolutely cannot miss the Trattoria del Peso in Castino. I spent New Year's Eve dinner at this place and I was thrilled. The two chefs Vincenzo and Nicola, friendly and passionate about their work, delighted us with quality dishes. Each course was a masterpiece, fresh and refined ingredients and maximum cleanliness and order were evident in every corner of the restaurant. Most of the tables are made up of foreign tourists who appreciate good food. It was a pleasure to share the evening with people from different parts of the world. I had fun, in an environment that conveyed conviviality and friendliness. If you are in Castino, don't miss the opportunity to experience this culinary wonder. I recommend it! Thank you very much to all the Staff!
