Beautiful hotel with quiet, spacious rooms. A venerable, well-renovated, well-maintained, and harmoniously furnished hotel. A beautiful garden with a terrace on the city walls offers views all the way to Lake Trasimeno. Good breakfast buffet. Mr. Seku took excellent care of everything.

Our 2nd time having lunch here and it’s been wonderful. The location is just magical, the food is delicious and the service and kitchen are fantastic, but everything is at an Italian pace so expect to sit back, relax and enjoy.

Place of peace and serenity. Hospitality par excellence. Enchanting former convent, re-signified as a hospitality structure. Every detail is light, in harmony with the space and in continuity with Sarteano. High quality breakfast. The room is airy, clean and, when you enter you are embraced by an essence of grapes and mimosas that smells of fields and harmony. High level hospitality and beauty is everything happens in harmony, without signals that can affect the authenticity of the experience. You are discreetly and humanely accompanied and pampered without having the perception of being in a hotel structure. Highly recommended! For souls sensitive to poetry. Thank you Mrs. Paola and Herald!

Tre Stelle Restaurant

12/12/2025: Whenever we head south from Piedmont, we like to split the A1 motorway journey into two legs, and now our choice for a stopover is always the Hotel Tre Stelle in Sant'Albino di Montepulciano. The location is truly strategic, just a short distance from the Chianciano Terme exit, making arrival quick and easy, even after hours of driving. But it's not just the convenience that wins us over: the hotel offers impeccable service. The rooms are always spotless, tidy, and welcoming; the staff stands out for their professionalism and kindness, making us feel like regular and welcome guests every time. The breakfast is also excellent: generous and carefully prepared, perfect for a fresh start. For these very reasons, on our next trip to Campania, we've already decided to stay at the Tre Stelle for two nights, both on the outward and return journeys. It's become a true reference point for us: a pleasant and rejuvenating break in the heart of Tuscany. Highly recommended!

Ristorante Gli Orti di San Domenico

01/01/2026: I have to say everything was great, from the service to the ambiance, the quality of the products was excellent. Just a note about the hotel above, owned by the same company: the concierge was unhelpful and unsympathetic. We chose another property.
02/12/2025: Just steps from the beautiful Basilica of San Domenico. Their Pici all'aglione are worth the trip!
