Saturday lunch was nothing short of amazing with a trolley of boiled meats served expertly by the owner. Excellent appetizer and tagliatelle with traditional ragù. Attentive service and fair price. Quality restaurant.!

In compagnia di carissime amiche ci troviamo con il papy.Conosciamo da anni questo ristorante e quindi andiamo a colpo sicuro. Ricordandomi i famosi tortellacci del pellegrino metto d'accordo i gusti di tutti🙂, altra scelta condivisa il carrello delle carmi, splendido alla vista ed ottimo al gusto, carni tenerissimo, gustose ed un puro di patate come quello di un tempo, meraviglioso.Ottimo il Sangiovese superiore e squisiti i dolci, bravissimi!

09/05/2025: La Vecchia Pirri is a must try in Modena, a trattoria serving typical Emilian cuisine, with a welcoming and traditional atmosphere. I've gone there several times in the last 6/7 years, and I'm never disappointed. The food is really high quality, and the price is very honest. I've brought several people with me over the years, and they always leave satisfied.
05/05/2025: I ate well. Typical cuisine. I only give 3 stars because for a platter of cold cuts for one person, 2 proseccos, 2 trios of first courses (from €15 each) and a liter of Lambrusco on tap, 67 euros is not a lot....

28/05/2025: Excellent traditional home cooking. You feel like you're in Grandma's kitchen. A taste experience from the entree to the dessert. Highly recommended.
23/05/2025: The absolute must in Modena. The lasagne is to die for. We were greeted and served immediately when we went thru the main door. Menu is available via a QR code. ENG language available too. The lasagne is die for, same as the tagliatelle. The place is just amazing! Our last meal at Modena and we could not have asked for better food!
