Excellent! A pleasant surprise! We found ourselves booking a table for my birthday, but no one had realized it was a themed restaurant! Which was very good for us since we came with our granddaughters. The second surprise was the food, which we didn't expect to be so good and varied. A super interesting menu in a place with a somewhat so-so decor, certainly appreciated by the little ones. Very attentive service, perhaps almost too much. Well done, bye.

If you want to enjoy excellent food in an elegant environment with highly qualified staff, you are in the right place. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The bread is also the breadsticks, not recently prepared and left to rise by the chef and I assure you that they are crunchy and truly excellent. More than excellent If I could give a sixth star, one more vote, I would, we would. San Nicolao, thanks to Giorgio and his chef partner Davide, deserve more. We know and dine in various restaurants in Milan, restaurants from 100+ euros per person. Here you spend less and leave happy! When we are at San Nicolao we feel not only at home, but truly treated like Queen and King. Giorgio's attention is perfect, not intrusive but always present. Quiet location that is worth reaching just a few minutes from the center of Milan. Davide's dishes, a few dishes on the menu which changes every now and then, always delicious. A pleasure to be tasted and understood, quality of the raw materials researched and assembled with great technique, high commitment, haute cuisine. Restaurant discovered by chance since it is not in an area that I usually frequent, it was a very pleasant surprise. Very courteous staff, impeccable service and very attentive cuisine, with a reworking of very interesting Mediterranean dishes, a decidedly intriguing Neapolitan/Sicilian mix. After a first dinner I can only recommend everything we tasted, such as the almond crusted prawns, which literally explode in a sea of ​​flavor on the palate, the cacio e pepe spaghettoni refreshed by lemon and raw prawn, or the black garlic Bigoli, another explosion of flavour. EXCELLENT first experience, highly recommended restaurant, we will certainly return, given that we are truly spoiled for choice, to try other dishes.

Discovered by chance on the fork I decide to book and go to dinner with a friend. As soon as we arrive we enter and are immediately welcomed and seated. The menu is not extensive but I assure you that what they offer is all very good and genuine, with quality ingredients. I ordered a fassona tartare with provola cream and courgettes then a second course and finally tiramisu and amaro offered by the house. Friendly and quick service staff. Top chefs! Locale molto caratteristico, con arredamento ed atmosfera medievale: servizio rapido e cordiale. Ordinato Spaghettoni Cacio e Pepe con gamberi crudi, Baccalà ed altro piatti molto ben presentati e gustosi. Ordinato 3 calici di vino, uno diverso dall’altro, un Falangina, un Aglianico ed un Pinot Nero: molto buoni. Ottima cena, veramente soddisfatto. Consigliato

Servizio gentile e professionale. Ottimi i piatti ordinati: Tagliere con crudo di Parma, formaggio egnocco fritto. Una morbidissima tagliata di carne con il suo contorno. Una buona zuppetta di pesce. ...e per dolce un semifreddo alla pastiera.
