Innovazione e tradizione, piatti ben eseguiti. Servizio preciso ma non troppo formale. Nulla da togliere allo chef e alla sua brigata ma una Menzione particolare va al personale di sala che deve districarsi per tutto il servizio tra il.piano inferiore e quello superiore macinando gradini e kilometri. La cornice in cui è immerso il ristorante fa il resto. Consigliato.

Amazing location, amazing staff and amazing food.

Beautiful restaurant inside and out. The restaurant is created from the ruins or was part of the old Fagagna castle. From a panoramic point of view, the place is a pearl. A moraine hill that grows almost in the center of Friuli, on one side the Friulian plain on the other a stupendous view of the Alpine arc that starts from Cansiglio and down to the Julian Alps. Elegance, great attention and courtesy from the staff. Excellent choice of wines, a very interesting menu that should be expanded but this is the chef's proposal / choice. We ate very well. The price is not exactly cheap but I think it is a natural consequence of the quality and refinement that is offered. I think we can define this place as one of the Friulian excellences.

If I could give 100 stars I would. The room is wonderful, warm and welcoming, it makes you feel pampered and even when the place is full it is never chaotic. The staff were friendly, super punctual and smiling. The food is superb, all year round the menu changes depending on the season and this is wonderful, because every time I go back I taste something new. My boyfriend and I celebrate our anniversary here every year and they make sure to reserve the same table for us and write "best wishes" on the dessert. Best restaurant in the province of Udine, as far as I'm concerned.

Cibo di qualità ben elaborato. Prezzi un po’ eccessivi. Personale attento cura il servizio. Location elegante, molto bella.
