Lovely restaurant in Bardolino with a warm, welcoming team. The dishes were delicious, and the wine list offered great local choices. Perfect spot for an authentic and relaxed Italian evening.

Pleasant sitting in the restaurant, which also has several tables facing the street. We were given bread, before paying we were offered limoncello. The food was delicious, the nice atmosphere was also completed by the musician who sang Italian songs on the street. The service was nice, pleasant, they worked and worked like bees.

Attentive service yet very unobtrusive! No train station handling. Requests not listed on the menu were fulfilled without issue and billed fairly. Guests are definitely valued and not just treated like a number! Honest, handcrafted cuisine, maybe not 5 stars, but if you feel comfortable at the end and have a slight smile on your face, that's what matters most to me! Warning: the mussels in tomato sauce are addictive.

Die Küche ist herausragend! Die Gastfreundschaft und der Service sind einfach nur top! Die Weinauswahl ist super und vor allem sollte man den Mut aufbringen und einfach fragen, ob es auch noch Weine oder Speisen gibt außerhalb der Karte! Was dann an Feuerwerk kommt ist sensationell! Wirklich ganz große Klasse!

27/07/2025: Beautiful, well-decorated hotel. Close to the bus and train station, for those who don't mind walking. We didn't have any problems with the air conditioning or the noise, as the reviews suggest; I didn't hear anything from the room. Breakfast had many options. Some staff were very polite, except the breakfast lady was a bit unfriendly. What really left something to be desired was the bathroom, which leaked water from the toilet and made everything smelly. Barefoot in there was out of the question! The high bathtub had no handrail. It was quite dangerous for our grandfather, who was with us, as there was no support whatsoever. The bathtub was clogged; even after removing the seat, it would fill itself.
22/07/2025: Very nice. Stayed here 5 nights in July. Peak season. Beautiful hotel. Don't understand some reviews complaining about furnishings etc in lobby. Place is very well appointed. I had an air conditioned room on 4th floor that was spotlessly clean with a fab bathroom. Breakfast is more than fine. Plenty selection. It's busy but plenty of seating and very comfortable. The lady who checks you in for breakfast most mornings deserves a particular mention, such a friendly, welcoming person. Fabulous. Great hotel, couldn't fault. Just over a 1km stroll to the Arena and maybe 500m to train station. Location is fine for anyone who can walk a little. Footpaths all the way
