Excellent surroundings, good food. Service very good, though a little slow, but there were just 2 people to cover for the entire area, therefore understandable (granted, we arrived mid week, 15.30 in the afternoon, unconventional hour for lunch). Highly recommend it for the surroundings and atmosphere!

This shop thrives on its location (which is stunningly beautiful); otherwise, it wouldn't be around for long. Stressed staff. Restrooms without toilet paper, without towels, and the hand dryer is broken. Broken glass on the floor. Trash in the aisle. The food is a bit lifeless. Next time, try somewhere else!

A very nice place. The pumpkin tortellini is fantastic. Definitely worth trying. Still more of a tourist trap than authentic…

Considering the massive volume of guests...or should we call them day trippers (we stayed across the river at the Corte Regia and were impressed every evening by how full the restaurant was day after day), we too have given it a 5-star rating (I would also like to see more of such a neutral and fair perspective in the other reviews). At first, we also had some trouble with the hectic activity, which initially made the restaurant seem a bit uncomfortable. At times, we felt really sorry for the staff, some of whom seemed quite burnt out and tired. In our case, we were served by four different waiters, but it worked incredibly well and we quickly felt that our wishes were in good hands. The food was truly exquisite - top-notch! The dessert was truly worthy of a patisserie! We asked several times whether we enjoyed everything and whether we had any other requests. Water for our dogs was even offered without asking. Payment is made inside at a sort of ticket booth. It seemed strange at first, but given the size of the restaurant, it's a pretty cool concept. The waiter goes through the bill with the guest on the display, detailing the individual items – this actually eliminates many criticisms that items were listed that weren't ordered. Mistakes can always happen, but the concept certainly counteracts this criticism. Over the course of the evening, our impression improved from "oh, this is stressful" to "we'll definitely be back." If you're not expecting a small, cozy osteria with 10 tables, you'll have a great stay with a great location and delicious food. As already mentioned, we'll be back next year and are already looking forward to it!

Beautifully situated on the river - good ice cream!

The place itself is really nice – great atmosphere and a pleasant spot to spend time. The food is decent and tasty, though nothing extraordinary. Unfortunately, the service is a major downside. Even when the restaurant isn’t busy, staff tend to forget orders, and you often have to repeat your request multiple times. This can really spoil the overall experience.

Locale ben posizionato sulla riva sinistra del Mincio, dotato di terrazze panoramiche, poste poco lontano dal Ponte visconteo. La ricettività è notevole con anche l'ampio salone coperto. Servizio competente con camerieri educati e disponibili, anche assai rapido ma per questo ultimo aspetto solo fintanto che il locale non si è affollato, anche i servizi sono ben tenuti e puliti, ma diventano insufficienti a locale pieno, derivandone lunghe attese. I piatti da noi scelti, orientati prevalentemente al pesce, ci hanno pienamente soddisfatto, ben cucinati ( la frittura di pescetti di fiume ottima ), ben presentati e in porzioni adeguate. Carta dei vini fornita e anche con dotazione di bottiglie mezzine. Il rapporto qualità / prezzo ( e ambiente ) è ottimo, in linea con diverse ristorazioni del territorio, quindi lo consigliamo per una esperienza valida senza eccessive pretese. Nostra intenzione di ritornarci.

Wir waren abgeschreckt von der 3,6, aber hatten Lust auf Pizza. Was kann da schon schiefgehen. Kamen hin, feines Ambiente. Bekamen Tisch zugewiesen und Bestellung und Lieferung geschahen geräuschlos und schnell. Ich kann nur über die Pizza Auskunft geben. Die war tadellos und für 10 Euro mit ordentlicher Größe. Der Lambrusco secco Milleseminate war lecker, und mit 21 Euro absolut in Ordnung. Espresso 1,50. Coberto 2,50. Ja, für die Bezahlung muss man zu einem hübschen Büdchen (Beichtstuhl?). Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass das bei Stoßzeiten voller sein kann. Es fehlt einzig an Herzlichkeit, die man von Italiener kennt.
