The only restaurant on San Giulio Island... very good food! It's a shame about the small portions and high prices.

An excellent restaurant; both the drinks and the food were absolutely top-notch. The ambiance is unbeatable thanks to the prime location. The staff is extremely accommodating, friendly, and very professional. Chapeau!

Magnificent lunch overlooking the lake. We had lunch at this restaurant on San Giulio Island, which has a fantastic terrace overlooking the lake. A wide selection of both fish and meat dishes is available. A tasting menu is also available. The lakeside tasting menu is highly recommended; the dishes were beautifully executed and delicious. Excellent value and a magnificent location. Friendly staff. Highly recommended for an unforgettable meal on Lake Orta.

Wonderful evening. They took us to the island by boat. The location was beautiful, overlooking the lake. The food was excellent and the service was perfect. A great evening for a dinner that was different from the usual restaurant fare, with average prices.

For foreigners, it's definitely a 5/5...for an Italian, between the food, service, and decidedly high prices, it's nothing special. You can definitely find better on the mainland. The icing on the cake was the 23-euro wine from the menu, which I paid 29, prompting a thousand excuses.

Forse unico ristorante sull isola di San Giulio che si raggiunge il servizio Navetta con un prezzo di andata e ritorno di euro 10 a persona. Una volta attraccati ( praticamente il viaggio dura appena 5 minuti) già dai vicoli arriva l'odore o il profumo del cibo in preparazione. Il locale è datato avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione vista l esclusività . Per quanto riguarda il servizio è Top come il buon cibo . Vi è la possibilità della vista sul lago. Credo sia molto indicato per eventi . Il rapporto prezzo qualità è ottimo.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante nel corso dell'ultimo giorno di un viaggio in Piemonte. Abbiamo pranzato molto bene. Peccato che è stato in mordi e fuggi perché dovevamo subito rientrare a casa. Se dovessi tornare, vorrei sostare di più, perché è un posto davvero particolare.

24/09/2025: Enrico turned a cold and boring Wednesday evening around the end of September around us. The pizzas arrived super punctual (we didn't even have time to finish our first beer). Thanks to the distance, we were able to enjoy the pizzas while they were still hot and steaming. The competitive prices prompted a hearty and resounding "APPERÒ" (in a positive sense, of course).
13/09/2025: I've tried many of Novara's renowned pizzerias, but this one, surprisingly, is the best for me. Over the past two years, I've also noticed a further improvement in the dough and the product. Well done, guys!

Osteria Del Caccetta

03/08/2025: We went for lunch today, the first Sunday in August, and were very pleased with both the relaxed atmosphere with spacious tables and the truly friendly owners. The food was excellent, both in quality and in its Piedmontese preparation. The price was reasonable for what was offered. We'll be back.
06/07/2025: A courteous service with exquisite cuisine and exquisite local wines always delight us on our annual visit at Osteria del Cacetta
