Piacevole pranzo con colleghi di lavoro e non. Ottima compagnia, ottima accoglienza e ottimo cibo. Carlo padrone di casa perfetto!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the San Carlo. The hotel is cozy and clean. In the evening we had an outstanding “Tartufo Experience” menu. You can tell how much love and appreciation goes into cooking here. The ingredients were local and fresh, everything was beautifully prepared and served with a top wine recommendation. Paola and Carlo are warm hosts, you immediately feel welcome and in good hands.

05/01/2025: Located in the center of Novello, welcoming, clean and tidy environment, dishes with fair and tasty portions. The manager is kind and knowledgeable in advising you on the choice of the right dish. In short, if you have reached the best-known Barolo, going further up is highly recommended.
13/12/2024: Hospitality and welcoming environments, tidy rooms, huge and comfortable bed, quiet at night. Convenient location for visiting the Langhe. The owners were available for dinners that we did not book to give us availability. The juices for breakfast need improvement, the rest both sweet and savory are good
