I was pleasantly surprised by this pizzeria in Le Budrie. Starting with the atmosphere, it feels like stepping into a pizzeria from days gone by when you were a child and went there on Sundays with your parents. The atmosphere is simple, clean, and relaxing, with no frills, but filled with the long-forgotten aromas wafting from the wood-fired oven as the pizzas cook. Here, there's no rush, no chaos, no stress, just the pleasure of enjoying an evening with friends and delighting in the deliciousness of what's served to you. The pizzas are truly excellent, with well-leavened dough, generously topped with top-quality ingredients, cooked to perfection, not heavy and very easy to digest. The prices are excellent; finally, a place where you don't have to break the bank for a pizza, and they're affordable for everyone. And finally, a special mention to the staff, from the young woman and the gentleman who waited on tables to the lady at the cash register and the pizza chef. They are truly wonderful people who do their jobs with dedication, passion, kindness, and courtesy. Throughout the entire dinner, they make you feel like a welcome guest and not just an anonymous customer. Try it and believe it.

Fantastic place! A timeless atmosphere, authentic cuisine, and affordable prices. It's a good thing there are still places like this to eat in Italy.

As guests of friends, we ate a delicious paella at this old-fashioned, retro-inspired restaurant in the "Le Budrie" area of ​​San Giovanni in Persiceto (BO). The wait was a bit long, but it was worth it. The owner was friendly and the prices were reasonable.

The restaurant is wonderful but it's a shame about the location which is really ugly and run down.

I've always loved the food at this place. Lately, the pizza has also taken a leap toward excellence. I've never had better pizza.
