I tried their regional menu, a wonderful journey through Piedmontese cuisine, slightly revisited with great expertise and care.
The use of hazelnuts is fantastic, especially in the plin.
I'll definitely be back.

I think I’ll put this restaurant at the very top of my favourite places!
Traditional Italian cuisine with a touch of creativity, a warm welcome, and efficient staff — all with that special touch of Piedmont hospitality. Absolutely reasonably priced for the level of food and service. A truly delightful experience from start to finish.

We arrived by chance after visiting the hunting lodge. We waited 30 minutes because we hadn't booked, but were greeted with a smile by the waitresses. I ordered two meat menus, both excellent!! They changed my first and second courses due to allergies, giving me Iberian pork instead of veal. What a treat! I can still feel the fat melting in my mouth. The flavor was delicious, so tender. It was a feast for the taste buds. The hazelnut cake, served warm, was excellent. The raw meat was special. In short, a restaurant worth stopping by. Well done!!!

A lovely discovery during a lunch break in the hunting lodge area. Right next to the magnificent Stupinigi hunting lodge is this very characteristic restaurant, a beautifully appointed location with a beautiful wooden staircase leading to the upper floor. The menu is sophisticated and high-quality. While we waited, we were served a delicious brioche bun accompanied by dried vegetables. I had the excellent raw beef, and the spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper, with a creamy Piedmontese burrata and 'nduja sauce, which was also very good. With our coffee, we were served some fantastic homemade gianduiotti. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

... in visita alla Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi ci siamo fermati a pranzo al Ristorante Sabaudia, locale raffinato e personale super gentile - abbiamo ordinato due menu del territorio assieme a due calici di nebbiolo tutto, ma veramente tutto, molto buono in particolare i Plin ripieni erano eccezionali - se passate da queste parti fermatevi ... ne vale veramente la pena !!!!

Ho apprezzato il locale perché ben inserito nel contesto del nostro bel Piemonte.Il locale per scegliendo una cucina che rispecchia le ns tradizioni ha saputo aggiungere un tocco di novità che ne valirizza i sapori
Spero che continui così anche il personele,attento a far pranzare i commensali tutti assieme.non facile
