Don't let the exterior appearance set your expectations, this is a true hidden gem. The food was perfect, quality, taste and presentation. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The calamari was fresh and delicious.

A lovely discovery during a lunch break in the hunting lodge area. Right next to the magnificent Stupinigi hunting lodge is this very characteristic restaurant, a well-kept location with a beautiful wooden staircase leading to the upper floor. The menu is sophisticated and high-quality. While we waited, we were served a delicious brioche bun accompanied by dried vegetables. I had the raw beef, which was excellent, and the spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper, with Piedmontese burrata cream and 'nduja sauce, which was also very good. With our coffee, we were served some fantastic house gianduiotti. Highly recommended. I'll be back.
And as promised, I returned for the slow-cooked egg with Parmesan fondue, the napkin-style plin, and a chocolate brownie with hazelnut ice cream. All very good. Two bottles of water, a bottle of Pinot Noir for €40, a Barolo chinato, and a coffee to finish. Total divided, €4.64.

TOP-CLASS RESTAURANT!
Fantastic place, starting with the location in a fabulous setting... dinner with friends, fair prices considering the quality.
We ate very well, the food was fresh and high-quality, and you could tell there was passion in the kitchen.
A special thanks also to the wait staff, who were kind and attentive to all your needs. Overall, I recommend it 😃

A pleasant discovery! Each dish is a perfect balance of flavors and quality.
In particular, the plin al pannocchia filled with sausage and hazelnuts won me over: delicate, aromatic, and full-flavored, a true tribute to Piedmontese cuisine masterfully reinterpreted.
The staff is courteous and attentive, helping to make the experience even more pleasant and welcoming.
A restaurant that best expresses the quality and passion of contemporary Piedmontese cuisine: absolutely worth trying!

I tried their regional menu, a wonderful journey through Piedmontese cuisine, slightly revisited with great expertise and care.
The use of hazelnuts is fantastic, especially in the plin.
