We went for dinner on the last day of the season. The restaurant was quiet and they were missing several dishes from the menu, but the ones we tried were delicious. The attention was very good.

Everything was divine. Food was absolutely incredible; we had the lamb shank and linguine alle vongole. I’ve traveled all over Italy and this meal stands out as one of my most memorable.

This was hands down the best meal in Italy, and in the top 5 restaurant meals of my life.
We ordered the beef cheeks, the saffron shrimp pasta (which was their special of the day, not on the regular menu) and the cheesecake. Every single dish was mindblowing.
The beef cheeks, cooked for 72 hours, were extremely tender, and paired perfectly with leeks. The saffron shrimp pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and exploded with flavor. The cheesecake was so creative, so well presented and just incredible.
We were sharing all dishes, and they were kind & practical enough to split every dish into two for us so that the presentation remained intact.
You pay for what you get at this restaurant. Highly, highly HIGHLY recommend!

Come vecchio cliente del ristorante mi permetto e mi riferisco alle ultime recensioni,visto che le persone si lamentano per il prezzo, nel ristorante esiste Menù con i prezzi,e nessuno non e obbligato a rimanere!
C'è la pizzeria e paninoteca affianco "SOTRIFFER" con il rispetto per panino e pizza!

Hermoso restaurante con comida increíble y personal maravilloso. Paseamos en el otro día mientras exploramos la ciudad y que bonita sorpresa! Nos sentamos al lado de la ventana con vistas al puente a la góndola de esquí. Bonita vista!
Todo lo que pedimos estaba muy bien preparado y delicioso. Si estás en Val Gardena recomiendo encarecidamente esta joya de un restaurante!

Desde el momento de la reserva hasta el excepcional servicio proporcionado por el camarero increíble, este restaurante realmente impresionado. La comida bien vale su rango de precios más alto, ya que cada plato ofrece sabores inolvidables que justifican el costo.
La atención al detalle, la cálida hospitalidad y el sabor notable hacen de esta una experiencia gastronómica para recordar. Muy recomendable para aquellos que buscan comida de calidad y un excelente servicio!
