We had lunch at this nice and cozy restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The food was excellent: quality ingredients and carefully prepared dishes. As for the staff: kind and attentive.

The expectations from the restaurant are not justified at all!!! We ordered risotto and lamb shank. The knuckle was served with mashed potatoes and spinach, everything would have been fine, but the puree was made with a mixer or something like that, in general, this puree could be used to glue tiles in bathrooms and would hold better than any glue. The lamb was no good, but the spinach was beyond praise. The quality of the risotto was worse than on the Kyiv-Odessa route, in the good sense of this expression. Pass by!!!

We had our Christmas dinner in Sotriffer. I wouldn’t be more happy with our choice. From making the reservation, to sitting, serving and eating, all aspects were excellent. Staff were extremely polite. I would certainly come back again!

Ristorante in posizione super, tipico e con atmosfera raffinata ma informale e piacevole. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile e mette immediatamente a proprio agio. Ottimo l’antipasto con affettati tipici (speck) e formaggi, per secondo ci siamo fatti trasportare da un invitante fuori menu: filetto con porcini e patate; davvero molto buono e ben presentato. La parte un po’ dolente è stata il conto; 52 euro a testa per il filetto è veramente esagerato. La carne era ottima ma non così eccezionale da giustificarne un prezzo che non ho trovato in ristoranti stellati e 5 euro per una bottiglia d’acqua è davvero molto. Il tutto (un antipasto in due, due filetti con porcini, un calice di vino - ottimo - una birra piccola, un’acqua naturale e due caffè) è costato 163 euro in due. Ho cenato indubbiamente bene ma non così tanto di più rispetto ad alcuni ottimi ristoranti in Ortisei decisamente meno cari.
