I used to love coming to Rosa Rossa... but it's changed a lot: the restaurant, always packed as I knew it, was quite empty today, which was a shame. While the food we ordered was good, the prices were a bit steep. I loved their pizzas, but they don't have them anymore... the other dishes on offer are good quality, but for a simple lunch (main course, dessert, sparkling water) it cost us €42 per person... that probably explains the lack of customers.

Rosa Rosa is a gourmet restaurant of the highest level. Every dish we were served was delicious, interesting, creative and wonderful. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was special. Truly an extraordinary culinary experience. Try this wonderful dessert - a combination of ricotta, seaweed, balsamic vinegar and more surprises! Thanks for a wonderful evening!!

A truly wonderful experience at Rosa Rossa, with a lovely evening enjoying a 12-course tasting menu that was both original and delicious. The service was impeccable, the decor beautiful, the servers efficient and very friendly, and the dishes refined and sophisticated. Johnny Depp knows a thing or two about dining here!

Excellent restaurant, easy to get to and very elegant. The fish and meat dishes are meticulously prepared and of the highest quality! Highly recommended, the owner has an innate passion for crafting the ingredients used in his dishes. The prices are in line with the quality and deliciousness of the dishes presented. Excellent wines and delicious gin and tonics.

26/02/2026: It's difficult to find good food in Murano because there aren't many options, and the prices are rather high for what's offered. However, we found this restaurant which overlooks a garden in the back. We shared several primi and a sole. Everything was very good. Special mention for the grilled sole and the gnocchi ai formaggi. I also enjoyed the tagliatelle with squid ink. Everything was delicious. The price was reasonable considering the quality and quantity. Pleasant service. Thank you to the team. Maxime 🌊

The seafood spaghetti was my favorite—the seafood was fresh, and the sauce was rich yet not greasy; every bite was satisfying. The squid ink pasta had a unique aroma and visual appeal, making it distinctive and memorable. The fried seafood was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, even better than what I had at Cinque Terre, without any greasiness. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, perfect for enjoying a meal at a leisurely pace. This is a restaurant whose flavors will leave a lasting impression, and I will definitely visit again next time.
