Superb coffee, prices at the counters are good. It's very nice to be able to sit on a terrace in the morning when the city is still calm. The servers are quite friendly and welcoming. I recommend their cappuccino which is really good. The location is really good, the shade of Piazza Santo Spirito is very comfortable.

Amazing restaurant with nice staffs! I didn’t speak Italian but they were so helpful choosing menu. I would love to go back.

I didn't actually try the ristorante, but the Caffe Ricchi was very nice. Delicious coffee and croissants, friendly staff, and nice environment. I loved the Santo Spirito Basilica decorations on the walls

13/10/2024: We stayed at this property in mid-October and had a very good time. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and generally well-maintained structure with swimming pool still accessible. Special mention for the staff starting from the girl at the reception up to the chef who is always kind and extremely helpful.
