Very nice upscale restaurant, go there in the evening to have a romantic dinner and to enjoy the work of the cook. The view is amazing !

Excellent service, food and atmosphere. The staff members are super kind and take good care of every guest’s needs. If we ever get the chance to go back to Matera, we will definitely go back to Regiacorte. We got the cosiest panoramic view to the city and the highest quality of service.

A while ago I came across this restaurant on Instagram and I was immediately sold, so I immediately reserved a table for our family. It was a truly wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the beautiful view with delicious wines and beautiful dishes. Definitely recommended! If you are in Matera, I would definitely make a reservation here! Grazie!

We were lucky enough to have dinner in this very beautiful, refined restaurant, with attention to detail. A top location...made so by chef Pompeo, a boy who prepares dishes with love, putting all his professionalism and knowledge at the customer's service. We had the opportunity to speak to him for 2 evenings in a row, a professional who loves what he does and who respects the food produced by nature, enhancing all its qualities. A chef with top marks. The same thing can be said of the pastry chef Gianluca who takes care of the part of the breakfasts of the Sant'Angelo hotel always provided through the Regiacorte restaurant... a professional who gives elegance to everything he prepares, a breakfast that you will not forget for the variety and above all for the high quality of the products he uses. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di cenare in questo ristorante molto bello, raffinato, curato nei dettagli. Una location top...resa tale dallo chef Pompeo un ragazzo che prepara i piatti con amore, mettendo tutta la sua professionalità e conoscenza al servizio del cliente. Abbiamo avuto modo di parlarci per 2 sere di seguito, un professionista che ama ciò che fa e che rispetta l'alimento prodotto dalla natura esaltandone tutte le qualità. Uno chef da 10 e lode. Stessa cosa dicasi del pasticcere Gianluca che segue la parte delle colazioni dell'hotel Sant'Angelo sempre fornite attraverso il ristorante Regiacorte...un professionista che regala eleganza a tutto quello che prepara, una colazione che non dimentichi per la varietà e soprattutto per l'alta qualità dei prodotti che utilizza. Un pasticcere notevole che fa trasparire dai suoi racconti l'amore profondo per la sua professione. Pompeo e Gianluca 2 professionisti da 5 stelle. Esperienza straordinaria al Regia Corte, nel cuore dei Sassi di Matera. Location incantevole, curata in ogni dettaglio, con una vista mozzafiato. Cucina ricercata ma legata alla tradizione, con piatti ben presentati e dai sapori autentici. Servizio attento, cordiale e professionale. Ottima anche la selezione dei vini. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere un’esperienza gastronomica di alto livello in un luogo unico.
