One of the most beautiful places I have eaten in. Excellent food, impeccable service, relaxing and refined location. When I return to Matera it will definitely be my first stop. The risotto with cream of broccoli, mushrooms and mussels is excellent.

We had a truly unforgettable evening at this restaurant last Friday night. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff kindly arranged a cozy little table for us on the balcony, creating the ideal setting for a romantic night. The view was stunning, and the atmosphere felt intimate and magical. Every dish we tried was a delight—beautifully presented, with exquisite flavors that really impressed us. The insalatina di baccalà was incredible, bursting with flavor. And for dessert, the Cruscomisù was a pure delight, so original that it will remain etched in our memories! And of course everything in between! What truly made the evening special was the warm and attentive service. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel welcome and cherished. It was a night that will stay with us forever, etched in our hearts. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a romantic and memorable dining experience. Amazing breakfast experience in a wonderful, historic cave. The service and staff — especially Michele — was fantastic and it was the best cappuccino we had in Italy!

Very average for the price. The food was good, but nothing special. Consindering the price, we expected more. The service was bad, they were inattentive and seemed stressed. At least they were friendly. If you're expecting fine dining, this is not it.

Since a group of American tourists were eating in the restaurant, it was quite noisy.

I stayed at the hotel for a night and only had breakfast at this restaurant, but it was SO DELICIOUS! Everything was so fresh and the buffet spread was UNBELIEVABLE. My family & I loved everything we ate and are so grateful to Michele for making us such delicious espresso drinks to accompany our food. Highly recommend!

Este es uno de los mejores restaurantes de Italia hasta ahora. Primera impresión, ubicación. Impresionante! Nada más entrar, Francesco estuvo con nosotros, desde el principio. Muy bien informado, agradable y educado, así como Malí, nuestro camarero, así como Yassir (espero escribir bien el nombre). Comida: increíble, entrantes y primer plato estaban fuera de este mundo sarro, polpete, fusiloni, espagueti - excelente. Y ahora los platos principales - eran geniales, pero hay una gran brecha entre la buena comida y la comida tradicional con un toque. Si lo ordenáramos al principio tendrían un valor mayor. Cordero está bien, pero la salchicha era un gran plato. Respecto al vino, tienen un sumiller con gran conocimiento, pero tal vez debería empezar con lo que la gente come para maridarlo, ya que la lista de vinos por ubicación es grande. Jugamos seguro con la Toscana, la temperatura era simplemente perfecta. Así que, Grace Milk Regia Corte, volveremos...
