Proviamo il nuovo menu primaverile. Occasione migliore per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Proposte sempre interessanti e innovative. Tra gli altri.. il Fusillone con bisque di crostacei e gamberi rossi... un piatto semplicemente "divino"... Come sempre, tutti bravi!

Beautiful gem in Biella. The atmosphere in the room is wonderful, lots of space between the tables, perfect lighting and acoustics! Impeccable dishes and service. Specialized in fish, modern dishes, but above all tasty. There is good research, and not the usual banality. First time yesterday, certainly not the last. Tasting menu is the best way to discover their concept. Excellent discovery!

Recommended by a friend, we had high expectations which were all met. You can feel the love that the owners and staff put into the dishes but also into the service and the atmosphere. You feel at home, pampered from the beginning to the end of lunch 🥰 Congratulations indeed, we will be back as soon as possible 👏👏👏

Di gran Lunga il miglior ristorante di Biella, valutazione del servizio eccellente. Piatti davvero spettacolari e onestamente penso sempre che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia imbattibile.

11/06/2025: We were at the Il Faggio restaurant in Pollone and we can only express our enthusiasm for the experience. Local cuisine with attention to detail, dishes rich in flavor and elegantly presented, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery of the Burcina park. A special thanks goes to the owner, for the sincere hospitality and passion that shines through in every aspect of the restaurant, and to the waiter Stefan, attentive, kind and always smiling, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with his professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended to those looking for an authentic and quality experience in the Biella area. We will definitely be back!
