Invited to lunch by my friend Francesco on Friday 8 March. Reservation for 5. Appetizer with platter of cold cuts and cheese, fried pizza and supli. Two pasta carbonara, a cacio e pepe, a risotto with porcini mushrooms and a fish first course. All exquisite quality products. Highly recommended we will definitely return. I usually eat pizza, but I also tried the first courses and I must say that it is an excellent reference in that area of ​​Rome. It accepts reservations and is also open for lunch. The fried appetizers (omelettes and similar) are delicious, but in particular the fried chiacchiere (fried strips of pizza dough, served with cheese and pepper cream or tomato). Upon arrival, only the menu of the day is presented, which offers variations not present on the menu. The desserts are also good. It has private parking at the rear. Il mio giudizio di 5 stelle è per la pizza napoletana… per il resto non saprei dirvi . La pizza rimane leggera e l’ impasto è eccezionale ! Ben cotta e ben condita ! Sicuramente ci riandrò . Personale cordiale e locale carino .

Premetto, a me la pizza Napoletana a Roma non piace, ma cosa dire, da quando sono entrato in questo ristorante mi sono innamorato di tutti i piatti che mi sono arrivati. I camerieri gentili, responsabili e professionali, i tre regazzi alle pizze veramente unici, sfornavano delle meraviglie. Abbiamo iniziato da un piatto di bruschette al pomodoro, 1 montanara alla genovese, frittati a di pasta, un arancino al ragù, e una crocche di patate, ed erano eccezionali, un fritto é arrivato 5 minuti in ritardo per un errore, ma é arrivato il doppio più grande degli altri. Poi sono arrivate le pizze, una meglio dell'altra, da quella fritta a quella speciale della casa. Poi vogliamo parlare dei DOLCI? Si li ho scritti in maiuscolo perché sono più che degni di essere scritti in maiuscolo, una sola parola per descriverli, divini. Anche il caffè a fine serata era veramente buono. Ci vediamo la prossima settimana, spero di cuore di trovare ancora la pizza speciale che avete alle puntarelle. Grazie di cuore di tutto, specie a chi ci ha servito che per i suoi 20 anni é stato più professionale di tantissimi camerieri datati e professionali che ho conosciuto nei miei percorsi culinari.
