⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best pizza of my life! I've been to Casale del Fornaccio and I still dream about that pizza: truly the best I've ever eaten! The dough was fragrant, light, perfectly cooked, and the ingredients were of the highest quality. The place is very welcoming and well-kept, perfect for a quiet evening. A special shout-out to the waiter, who was incredibly kind and friendly. An experience I can't wait to repeat. Highly recommended!

I was a guest at the production of Tu si che Vales and coincidentally ate at this restaurant. I have to compliment them because there wasn't a single thing I didn't like. Atmosphere: The restaurant is simple and tastefully decorated, very clean. Food: Carbonara was delicious, but in Rome it couldn't be otherwise. The sausage and broccoli pizza was truly delicious, with a gluten-free or whole-grain option available upon request. Service: The staff was fast, smiling, attentive to the customer's needs, and helpful. What can I say? A unique experience, I'll repeat if I return to Rome. Highly recommended.

The best DOP Neapolitan pizza you can eat in Rome. The staff at the tables are always attentive, thoughtful, and extremely kind. I've been coming here for years now and have never, ever been disappointed. Well done everyone!

I had lunch at "Casale del Fornaccio" with my colleagues. It was the first time and it was a great discovery. The place is large and well-kept, the bathroom is clean and well-kept The service was accurate and fast, the waiters lived up to expectations and above all they were able to advise the customers in the best way. The appetizers were excellent, both the cacio e pepe and the risotto were delicious, the meat and fish main courses were equally good; the Neapolitan pizza with the crust is unmatched. Must try!

Dinner with colleagues, we had both pizzas and first courses and appetizers. Everything was delicious. And the staff was very kind and polite.

Il mio giudizio di 5 stelle è per la pizza napoletana… per il resto non saprei dirvi . La pizza rimane leggera e l’ impasto è eccezionale ! Ben cotta e ben condita ! Sicuramente ci riandrò . Personale cordiale e locale carino .

Premetto, a me la pizza Napoletana a Roma non piace, ma cosa dire, da quando sono entrato in questo ristorante mi sono innamorato di tutti i piatti che mi sono arrivati. I camerieri gentili, responsabili e professionali, i tre regazzi alle pizze veramente unici, sfornavano delle meraviglie. Abbiamo iniziato da un piatto di bruschette al pomodoro, 1 montanara alla genovese, frittati a di pasta, un arancino al ragù, e una crocche di patate, ed erano eccezionali, un fritto é arrivato 5 minuti in ritardo per un errore, ma é arrivato il doppio più grande degli altri. Poi sono arrivate le pizze, una meglio dell'altra, da quella fritta a quella speciale della casa. Poi vogliamo parlare dei DOLCI? Si li ho scritti in maiuscolo perché sono più che degni di essere scritti in maiuscolo, una sola parola per descriverli, divini. Anche il caffè a fine serata era veramente buono. Ci vediamo la prossima settimana, spero di cuore di trovare ancora la pizza speciale che avete alle puntarelle. Grazie di cuore di tutto, specie a chi ci ha servito che per i suoi 20 anni é stato più professionale di tantissimi camerieri datati e professionali che ho conosciuto nei miei percorsi culinari.
