The service staff were not particularly friendly; it was more of a mass-processing experience. The food itself was rather mediocre; the child's fries were more of a one-star affair; the pizza was OK, and the spaghetti carbonara was also OK - there are better options.

A very nice place to go for a meal. Delicious food and good service make it a complete success. What we found particularly annoying about the bill was that the bread cost a whopping €8 upfront. That's pure rip-off. Just leave the bread alone; you could really use it for a drink. Especially since it was just dry bread anyway. Unfortunately, it made the overall experience a little less than ideal.

The pizzeria is located in a pleasant square (Piazza Cavour) near the old town centre. There's shade from a large fig tree on the terrace. My pizza was good size and tasty, but the base was a bit doughy, hard to cut at the edges. Service was swift - my house wine came immediately and the pizza only took 5 minutes. There was a cover charge, I don't know what was covered! Wine and pizza cost 18.50 euros. Nice enough eatery for a quick lunch, food was OK, pleasant ambience; service very good.

We stopped for lunch on a day to discover Malcesine. Kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff, considering the fact that they immediately offered us a place that was also adequate given the company of our two big dogs. Very good food, fair prices! Even their homemade desserts are worth it!

01/03/2025: Locale old stile, ordinato e pulito, noi abbiamo cenato con 4 antipasti, nota molto positiva per il luccio con polenta, 4 secondi, 3 dolci molto buoni, una bottiglia di vino, acqua e 2 caffè a poco meno di 200€, servizio preciso. In soldoni abbiamo mangiato bene in una trattoria di una volta, mi dispiace non dare le 5 stelle per il prezzo un pò troppo elevato per essere in trattoria.
