Ristorante Rafanelli In Pistoia

I haven't been there yet. I read the menu, but it seems like sorbets are missing from the desserts. Those are very popular. Could you consider adding them? Thanks.

Simply perfect experience. We ordered a steak with hot rosemary oil and fried vegetables: everything was delicious, genuine flavors and attention to detail. But the real surprise was the welcome. The spontaneous and sincere kindness of the owner is something that is not easy to find. There are not enough stars in this review to do justice to such humanity. At the end of the dinner, we realized that we were locked out of our car. It was late at night, our phones were almost dead, all our things were locked inside and the hotel was quite far away, on the hills of Pistoia. A really complicated situation after so many hours of travel. And yet, without us even having to ask, the owner offered to personally accompany us to the hotel. A gesture we will not forget. It is not just an excellent restaurant: it is a place where you feel truly welcomed. Five full stars, and even more.

As soon as you enter you immediately understand that you are in the right place. The atmosphere is warm, the staff sunny, welcoming and able to put you in a good mood right away. The menu is well-curated, with high-level proposals, and the wine list is very extensive, enhanced by a very prepared and also very friendly sommelier. A truly pleasant experience in every aspect. Highly recommended to anyone who is in the area. I will definitely be back.

Ristorante rinomato e sicuramente i piatti sono cucinati molto bene e la cantina è ben fornita. Il servizio è discreto ma non velocissimo (complice il fatto che è sempre pieno forse) e non c è l attenzione al cliente che un ristorante del genere dovrebbe offrire. Sicuramente vale la sosta, per me promosso ma non credo che ci tornerò a breve. Prezzi medio/alti
