A simply exceptional Tuscan lunch, an environment a little far from the center of Pistoia (10 minutes by car, or a half-hour walk), where tradition reigns supreme, without giving up. I ate, among other things, crostini exactly as my grandmother made them, an exquisite ham and many other specialties, at a price, I must say, that was right for the quality, courtesy and elegance of the structure.

So much meat! Everywhere… I opted for the fish, or rather for the good anchovies which are useful in a thousand ways The dishes I ate were good, but not that special The service was rather slow and distracted The environment is very beautiful, elegant, warm and welcoming

Ristorante che si è confermato al top dopo 5 anni .luogo elegante ben frequentato piatti ben cucinati cantina fornita .iniziati con risotto ai funghi buonissimo e proseguiti con ultima porzione di trippa in bianca buonissima o meglio celestiale accompagnata da ottimi carciofi fritti . I fogli che hanno preso i miei amici ottimi ricercati e buoni Unico neo j tempi del servono biblici

Because there are places where you don't go to eat but to have fantastic culinary experiences. Well-kept restaurant with a menu of typical dishes cooked with the love and passion of times gone by. Well-stocked cellar. A place just outside the city but absolutely worth the trip. Highly recommended.

Se pare agli occhi, al palato pure, anzi meglio. Servizio attento e materia prima eccellente, bistecca, un plauso al gelato al cioccolato con olio e pepe...davvero un punteggio massimo

Avere ospiti amici provenienti da fuori provincia che si alzano da tavola semplicemente entusiasti, è un piacere e la conferma che avevamo scelto giusto... Ps. Tanti piatti eccellenti, ma quel Capocollo di maial8no cotto a bassa temperatura me lo sognerò per diverse notti... Poesia

01/02/2025: I recently moved to Monsummano and I have come to this restaurant several times, both to eat in and take away. I have always been truly satisfied, whether it is meat or fish, first courses or pizzas, it is truly exceptional I highly recommend
