Ignore the poor reviews. This is a nice old restaurant near Trevi serving traditional Italian food. We had been lunch and dinner here and both were lovely. It’s certainly not the best Italian food I’ve ever had, but it’s certainly not as bad as some have said.

Last week I had the privilege of eating here. The owner invited us into the restaurant, and I'm grateful for that. It was the best carbonara I've ever tasted. The sauce, the portion, the guanciale, the temperature, everything was perfect. I'm not kidding when I say I cried when I finished the dish because I don't think I'll ever taste pasta as incredible as this again. I just want to thank the entire Quirino team for their service and their food. Thank you.

We just had dinner on the terrace of Ristorante Quirino, a few steps from the Trevi Fountain, and it was a fantastic experience. The waiter Estefano has been charming and has made us feel at home from the first moment. The food was delicious and the atmosphere of the place is perfect to enjoy a night in Rome. The friendliness of the entire team was simply exceptional. Without a doubt, a restaurant to return to a thousand times. Totally recommended!

In a romantic and Roman decor, the very elegant waiters served us delicious pasta. Very reasonable price near the Trevi Fountain.
