Beautiful place with excellent service and very tasty and refined dishes

We visited the Prater Restaurant in Sant'Ilario for a truffle-themed evening, and the experience was simply impeccable. We ate wonderfully: dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail and perfectly paired with wines that enhanced every course. Special applause to the restaurant manager, who was always kind, helpful, and attentive to guests, without ever being intrusive. Also noteworthy is the impeccable cleanliness of the dining room and bathrooms, meticulously maintained, even providing a welcome kit for guests—a sign of great attention and professionalism. Attentive service, a pleasant atmosphere, and the highest quality. An absolutely positive experience, one we'll repeat.

We've been there twice for the themed dinners. Everything was perfect and beautifully presented, with truly well-prepared and balanced dishes. One small flaw: the last time we were there, it was a bit chilly downstairs.

A Perfect Evening: Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ​The other evening, my friends and I had the pleasure of trying the Truffle Evening Tasting Menu at the Prater Restaurant in Sant'Ilario d'Enza, and the experience was absolutely memorable. ​An extraordinary journey of flavors: ​The menu was a true ode to this precious mushroom, presented with creativity and respect for the raw ingredients. The dishes I photographed (and loved!) included: ​A white truffle risotto, creamy and impeccably creamed, in which the flavors of the rice and truffle balanced perfectly. ​A second course, the tender pork cheek on polenta, enhanced by a rich sauce and the intense aroma of fresh black truffle. A delicious appetizer, stuffed onions with a delicate fondue and additional truffle shavings, was an excellent start to the dinner. Service and Ambience: The professionalism and courtesy of the staff pervaded the entire evening, making us feel pampered. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special dinner with friends. I highly recommend all lovers of good food, and especially truffles, not to miss these themed evenings organized by Ristorante Prater. A top-notch gastronomic experience with excellent value. We will definitely be back to try the à la carte menu!

I stopped in for a tasting and was quite disappointed: the problem wasn't so much with the recipes themselves, but rather the lack of flavor in each dish, which, overall, made the meal rather bland. I'll probably return to try the à la carte menu, but for now, it's nothing special. The price is reasonable for what's on offer.

Yesterday was an unforgettable truffle dinner 🥰🥰 I just wanted to leave some photos of a couple of delicious dishes here 😍 I was very satisfied with the food and the service. They were truly excellent 👏

The atmosphere is still very refined, but the difference from the previous management is noticeable, both in the quality of the food and the service, which was once absolutely impeccable and now could be improved. Since the prices are in line with those of the previous management, we expect everything else to be the same soon.

Il Prater è sempre una certezza,abbiamo sfidato il caldo per la serata gamberi all'aperto e ne è valsa la pena. 5/6 portate di piatti fantastici curatissimi e ricercati accompagnati da buon vino di qualità. Personale e titolari sempre attentissimi a tutto per lo svolgimento della bellissima e buonissima serata. Complimenti veramente,ma ormai mi potrebbero dire che sono di parte..ah ah ah Saluti F.D.
