Ristorante Playa Del Sol In Molfetta

Beautiful location right on the sea, but be careful: if it's not hot and/or windy, the veranda is covered with stained plastic sheets that make the view of the sea "dirty" and the air inside muggy, so it's best to eat inside if it's closed! Very satisfied with the first course (see photo), delicious and different from the usual! Prices are above average.

Restaurant "on the sea," not on the water. Seafood specialties, raw fish, excellent. Good service. Private parking, easy to get to. Reservations recommended.

From the moment I arrived I felt like I wasn't welcome. I wanted to share a pleasant lunch and celebrate an important event with my family but, unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied. Probably my expectations were too high considering the self-proclamation of high quality. Souteè of mussels, clams and clams (without clams, which was what I wanted. But the worst thing is that I pointed it out and they were flabbergasted) Crispy octopus with potatoes (neither infamy nor praise and really miserable) Pacchero with clams (this was delicious) Spaghetto with clams and sea urchins (I would like not to comment, but I have to. No flavor other than that of salt. Terrible, I left the plate whole) We would have liked to eat second courses but we gave up and gave up to avoid further disappointment. Very rigid and not very smiling staff. Disorganized in bookings. Very nice location, I had already been there once and I was satisfied enough but the quality/price ratio is not adequate. I don't think I'll return, I didn't have a good feeling of welcome nor did I find culinary pleasure. I don't recommend it to the customer who wants to have a pleasant experience eating well.

On vacation in Molfetta, I was looking for a restaurant by the sea where I could also enjoy it. Found it, Playa del Sol is the right "place"! Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea with a wonderful view, the scent of the sea was in the food. Very kind staff and wonderful cuisine. Thanks for the welcome and for the taste of the sea. We will return before returning to the North East 🥂

I went there for lunch, with my family, on the occasion of my birthday. Stunning location, practically on the sea. Excellent service, very helpful and professional staff. Dishes plated impeccably, and of excellent quality. Prices in line with the quality of everything. I will return for sure.

Servizio rapido, cibo buono, location mozzafiato sul mare, personale cortese e attento. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
