We went to this restaurant on the beach, a very nice and clean place and then the view of the sea is something unique. We were looked after by Antonio in every way and I can only say that both the food and the welcome were something special. Compliments go to a fantastic chef and staff. We left Milan knowing of a fantastic sea and we also found some delicious food. We will definitely return

Welcoming environment, helpful, professional and friendly staff. The excellent food is unmatched. The dishes, what can I say, are not only beautiful to look at but also very good and fresh (yes, because everything that is prepared is the catch of the day), a pleasure for the palate. It's the second time I've come here in the space of a week and there will probably be a third soon. For the moment I thank Antonio and Mara for following us and then a big round of applause to the Chef. advise

Nice location and very friendly staff

What can I say, we have been coming here to Vieste for years now, same beach and same restaurant. Why change when you feel good? The food is excellent and you can feel the freshness of the raw materials which, combined with the gourmet cuisine, makes each dish special. The atmosphere is relaxing, do you want the view of the sea or the smile with which the rooms welcome you (which is not a given in other restaurants) but this also makes you feel good. I would like to add more but... for those who still have some doubts I can only say that UMBRAMARE is a guarantee of quality cuisine.

Ristorante Pizzeria molto carino, situato sulla spiaggia e con vista sul mare. Ci siamo stati bene quattro volte in circa dieci giorni, sia per la pizza che per dei primi piatti a base di pesce. Il personale è competente, molto cordiale e discreto durante il servizio. Le pizze sono ottime, dalla tradizionale margherita alle più ricercate della casa; la mia preferita è stata la :"Foresta Umbra", base mozzarella bianca, cacio cavallo, funghi porcini ed olio tartufato...un equilibrio perfetto fra tutti gli elementi con un risultato al palato entusiasmante; € 12. I primi più classici non deludono. Gli spaghettoni fatti in casa con vongole veraci (18 euro) ed il medesimo formato di pasta con astice freschissimo (25 euro), garantiscono un rapporto costo - quantità di piena soddisfazione. Lo Chef prepara anche ottimi dessert della casa, freschi ed appaganti come il "semi freddo limoncello ed amarena". Umbra Mare è diventato a tutti gli effetti un riferimento sicuro per le vacanze estive su Vieste.

Super Service und hervorragendes Essen. Der Chef Antonio ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr familiär. Pizzen sind Weltklasse, Fisch und Nudelgerichte ebenso. Alles mit viel Aufwand und Liebe zubereitet. Man kann auch typisch italienisch frühstücken: mit verschiedenen Cremes/Marmeladen gefüllte Croissants und sehr guten Kaffee. Restaurant befindet sich direkt am Strand und man hat beim Essen einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer.
