A friendly restaurant with excellent food. We visited twice: the first time we ordered two courses, the second time we ordered the "gigante" pizzas—they are truly enormous, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The multi-course meal was also authentic and a delight. The price for ordering multiple courses was also reasonable, especially compared to the more touristy restaurants in the center of Villasimius. The fact that locals eat at Santa Maria speaks volumes. Our dog was also welcome. Advance reservations are recommended. It gets very busy right away when it opens, but things relax later in the evening. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend this restaurant!
The pizza marinara, buffalo ragu, prosciutto e funghi, Santa Maria, Sarda, and spaghetti ai frutti di mare were all delicious.
As soon as we sat down, olives and bread were placed on the table. Here, the "chef" also asks guests if everything is okay. The value for money is excellent.
