Eating there 2 evenings first half of October 2024. Very nice restaurant, slightly out of town with sufficient car parking facilities. Excellent food, fast service, attentive staff, good price/quality ratio. Quickly full so reservation is a must in high and in-between season. Although visited by both locals and tourists alike, speaking Italian is definitely helping when you want to order vegan food.

We have been eating at Santa Maria on vacation for about 30 years. Still the same friendly owners greet you personally.
The menu is varied, the food is good and the service is quick.

We went there 3 times during our vacation and if we had discovered it before we would have gone there more. Excellent pizzas, they don't joke about the quantity 😂😂 for Mr. I fell in love with the calzonne and I had the perfectly cooked piece of beef. Tiramisu is also excellent.
In short, nothing to complain about, lovely staff.

Angelic service - we arrived as a group of six right after landing on the island, just as the restaurant was closing. We had no food or drink, and the shops were closed - they saved us by giving us takeaway food and drinks :) We ate there once more for takeaway and once on-site - the food was delicious, the staff super friendly and professional, and the restaurant atmosphere was great. I highly recommend it and send my best regards! :)

Ristorante sempre affollato, buon rapporto qualità prezzo anche se la qualità non è memorabile. Ci siamo stati due volte. pizze discrete ma nulla più . Bistecca di cavallo, grande e molto buona, una sorpresa (18 Euro). in un'altra occasione abbiamo mangiato pesce, non eccezionale ma piuttosto economico e primi di pasta buoni ma non eccezionali. abbastanza economici vista la quantità. Ristorante senza molte pretese, con un parcheggio sempre pieno, Qualità discreta ma prezzo competitivo. Servizio discreto ma veloce e abbastanza preciso.

Passati di lì per caso… per fortuna che ci siamo fermati… ci hanno trovato un posticino anche se non avevamo prenotato… cibo buonissimo e personale gentilissimo.. peccato averlo scoperto solo al nostro ultimo giorno di vacanza… veramente complimenti
