A restaurant where you can't go wrong with a single dish! All the ingredients are fresh and prepared with simplicity and flair by chef "Vitale." The place is welcoming, clean, and quiet, and Enza in the dining room is truly top-notch, combining professionalism with a passion for conversation with customers without being intrusive. I'm truly speechless! Try it for both lunch and dinner, when you can also enjoy the excellent fish sandwiches. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat excellent fish and has a refined palate.

When you walk in, you already have a good impression; you're greeted appropriately and treated as if you were the only customer, even when you're not. The good food and the natural courtesy of those who do this job with passion leave you wanting to return. I'll save the 5-star rating for next time, so I'll definitely have a reason to do so.

10/11/2025: It was a very positive experience. The food prepared by Mr. Pasquale was excellent quality and exceptionally flavorful (I highly recommend the ravioli with sausage sauce and meatballs). His dishes exude passion, and the staff was welcoming, kind, and helpful. We had dinner and returned two days later for lunch. Excellent value for money. Recommended restaurant for a pleasant and enjoyable meal. Group of friends from VB Monopoli-BA November 7-9, 2025

01/11/2025: First time here and I think I'll be seeing you much more often. Amazing, exceptional pizza, top-notch service. Everything was perfect. PS: The girls are very kind.
30/10/2025: Found by chance during a long flight home, it saved our dinner (given the time we went). Excellent fried food and exceptional pizza: tasty, well-seasoned, with beautifully leavened dough. The staff is truly very friendly. Highly recommended.
