The selection of dishes is original, carefully curated, and focused, far from the usual clichés, ranging from creative mondeghili to riso al salto, through fish and wild egg CBT with asparagus, melted butter, and Lodigiano. The gin list is a veritable manifesto: 150 labels speaks for itself and will satisfy even the most discerning enthusiast. Special mention goes to the homemade desserts: we finished the meal with a tarte tatin variation that was truly exquisite. 17/05/2026: We stumbled upon this small, tastefully and uniquely decorated bistro by chance. The atmosphere is warm and informal. Traditional Milanese dishes are revisited and made with select, local ingredients. Everything is excellent: from the modern potatoes and taleggio served with a fantastic lime mayonnaise, to the tomato and burrata tatin, the stir-fried rice and parmigiana, and finally the single-serving apple and cinnamon crumble served with vanilla ice cream. Excellent wines. Highly recommended.
