Nice place, it's also open out of season; good pizza even if I had some problems digesting it. Must try again!

Have been to this restaurant for many years. Visually not much has changed, but in my opinion that's not a bad thing, it fits the ambience. The staff very quick and friendly. I wasn't impressed with the food. Carpaccio di Manzo is prepared with bresaola, so it's not classic. But good! Spaghetti Carbonara not recommended, I was totally disappointed. Preparation with simple cooked ham, not with guanciale as we know it in Italy. The sauce tasteless.

19/02/2025: Questo locale si conferma negli anni il migliore! Semplice nell’arredo, cortesi nel servire e soprattutto di ottima qualità i prodotti utilizzati. Conto non proprio economico.
05/02/2025: Nuestra mejor comida en Venecia hasta ahora. Este realmente es un restaurante de barrio amable con buena comida y personal amable. La caña de cordero y el fegato eran increíbles, y la tabla de quesos local era perfecta. El personal es muy amable y servicial, y el vino local que recomendaron - Polveriera - fue perfectamente con todo. Sin duda volveríamos. Un poco lejos de las principales rutas turísticas, pero vale la pena el esfuerzo si quieres un restaurante local amable con excelente comida.

11/03/2025: Excellent fish cuisine, with various meat proposals always very carefully prepared, imaginative and valid one foot in tradition, fantastic cellar, fine and excellently managed environment. In Rialto there is no one like them and with a very adequate quality/price ratio. They have added a very varied vegan menu, which can be used to alternate fish and meat dishes. Finish with a dessert, I'm not greedy, but I found it excellent, they prepare it fresh on the spot (like millefeuille), with possible variations. You will recommend it later..... Mario alla Fava also pays attention to the needs of celiacs. Thanks always to the staff!
