I visited July 2025 with my two sons as we tried to “collect passport stamps” on our way to Austria from CH via the Stelvio Pass. My kids said they wanted to eat pizza since we were in Italy, but knowing it’s not in the normal region for pizza, I figured our Brooklyn style pizza back home in New Jersey would be better. Nope! This pizza was incredible. They had a million options, and all three pizzas we got were way bigger than I expected for the price, and came out of the kitchen within ten minutes of ordering. We got some ‘side-eye’ from other patrons for eating with our hands instead of a knife and fork; but the chefs at the oven, when I glanced up to see them looking at our table, seemed happy that we were eating their delicious creations with so much force. The hostess and service staff were fast, efficient, friendly but also coldly professional. If you only speak English, it’s no problem for the staff- they are hospitable and welcoming. The atmosphere was elevated even further when I saw them bring out some cured meats on a deer antler for another table- it was a unique pizzeria experience to witness and overall confirmed it was a great decision to eat here. After our meal, the waiter told me my rental car had been damaged in the parking lot. Luckily, it wasn’t my car, but there was an incident. To be safe, park far away from everyone else (It’s not hard because the parking lot is huge). In conclusion, if you also want to eat pizza because you came to Italy from Austria or Switzerland, or just want to eat good pizza in Italy (even though you’re in the land of wurst), this is the place to do it. Great food, great service and perfect atmosphere. Buon appetito!

The pizza tastes good and the place is pleasant

Highly recommended! The pizza is divine, the staff is very friendly, and the service is impeccable. The pizzas were on the table in less than 10 minutes, even though we were there at lunchtime and the place was almost full. The prices aren't excessive; they're rather reasonable for the "wagon wheel" of pizza. Anyone who's in the area or passing through should take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy a delicious pizza.

The pizza was tasty and freshly prepared. However, the staff could be friendlier—it seemed a bit like they didn't enjoy working there.

Vor gut 10 Jahren hat der Chef mal eine Pizza Weltmeisterschaft gewonnen, später auch noch weitere Top Platzierungen erreicht. Den Focus merkt man und das ist auch gut so . Diesmal war eine eher einfache Peperonata Pizza angesagt, aber auch die war sehr gelungen. Auch beim xten Besuch ein Genuss in sehr rustikaler Umgebung. Der Service wirkt etwas ruppig aber das passt irgendwie zum Ambiente Ein Pflichtpunkt bei der Reiche von/nach/durch das Vinschgau!
