29/05/2026: Excellent pizza, cashier management needs improvement We were eight young people at Pampanini Pizzeria in Benevento. The pizza was very good, and the place was nice. Kudos to the kitchen and table service. The checkout experience was a shame: we wanted to pay "Roman style" (split the bill equally) and then each pay with what they had (cash or card). The cashier was insolent and arrogant, insisting that we all pay with the same method—either all cash or all card. For a group of eight young people, this is inconvenient and impractical. The place deserves it; the food gets a thumbs up. I hope you can better train the cashier staff, because this kind of thing risks losing customers.

23/05/2026: I'd been there two years ago, and the pizza was truly excellent. I returned, knowing I was on the safe side, and I was disappointed. The Margherita had crystallized mozzarella, while the buffalo mozzarella didn't bind together or form a solid dough. The cooking wasn't perfect.
