The pizza here is special. They use a dough you won't find anywhere else. The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive, and you feel like you're being served genuinely well. The fact that Mr. Hard Noflatscher felt differently could possibly be because he didn't shout into the woods as politely as I did, and he ultimately became a victim of his appearance. I wasn't there. But looking at his pictures online, he probably expects a kneeling when he enters a restaurant. What a shame.

The pizza was very good, and the service was perfect as well. Quiet place with comfortable atmosphere. Maybe a bit overpriced in comparison with other similar places in Grado, but definitely very good overall.

Excellent pizza, very kind staff, dough with three flours leavened for 48 hours remains crunchy until the last piece, I recommend it to everyone 😍

We really enjoyed the pizza, which is a compliment since we are big fans of the Neapolitan style! The prices were average for the area, which was a plus. Our pizzas arrived very quickly, probably due to our arrival around 9 pm. We appreciated the kindness of the owner and his explanation about the absence of the "scrocchiarella". We can't wait to come back to try it next time!

15/05/2025: Wonderful to start the day, cosy atmosphere, pleasant calm jazz music, in the centre of Gorizia, enjoying the view of morning vibes or reading a newspaper or a magazine while drinking your first cup of cappuccino and eating a croissaint.
