Passo d'orta, it never disappoints, every time we return whether it's an anniversary or a holiday, the palate is always delighted by the good, delicious food, attentive staff available for every need and an even more benevolent owner..... thank you always from Pina Cavaliere and the Laganella family

A wonderful discovery, a place that really deserves: 1. Modern location, but with warm colors 2. Super service/welcome 3. Dishes with very fresh ingredients, freshly prepared and with a clever mix of tradition and modernity. I chose bruschetta and stewed turnips as my entrée. While for second I was surprised by the stuffed cuttlefish, with pistachios and dried tomatoes. Very balanced cost. A beautiful gastronomic experience absolutely worth repeating, perhaps with more calm at the weekend and letting myself be guided a little more by the owner Francesco. Compliments.

Very friendly and helpful owner, even though we arrived at a time when the kitchen was closed, he served us anyway. Good food and honest prices.

I am asked to update the review. I would have left the review made years ago, at the time of the extraordinary discovery of this restaurant in Ortanova, a land where good cuisine is at home. But I confirm and reiterate what has already been expressed previously: the array of appetizers alone is worth the trip, bruschetta with salmon and samphire as an entree then seafood parmigiana, octopus and potato salad, panzerotto with seafood sartasciniello, peppered mussels. The first was a grandiose troccoli with seafood ragout. An off-menu pancotto. No room for the second course, despite having great memories of their fried seafood. To finish, semifreddo, all washed down with a primitivo rosé. This time I can also have my say on the price: less than 40 euros each. Attentive and courteous service, thanks to Franco and Gabriella, thoughtful hosts. I travel thirty kilometers to come and eat there but I would gladly travel many more.

The food is always fresh, plentiful and of excellent quality, it's hard to give up or finish everything they offer on the menu.
