Farinata super perhaps the best in Turin that I have tasted in the last 20 years. Crispy pan pizza well stuffed and very digestible. I understand that there may be distrust given by pizza chefs of distant culture and origins, but they have been able to continue the path undertaken by the old managers while maintaining the cuisine and style unchanged. Very good.

Excellent Farinata (perhaps the best I have eaten, crispy and well cooked), good pan pizza with gorgonzola and salami. Efficient service despite the Saturday with a lot of people present. We were also offered a limoncello. The boy at the cash register is helpful and kind.

Very good, recommended by my friend who has been going there since he was 8 years old.

Well cooked pan pizza, really good, Margherita especially, and exceptional farinata. Even though it was a short wait on Saturday evening, the pizza arrived shortly after even when the place was full, the staff was quick and friendly, well done!!

Excellent place to enjoy a fabulous farinata and pan pizza like those of the past. Here you always find a smile from all the super efficient staff. If you want to eat a good pizza and farinata, this is where you need to come.

Ho 50 anni, da 44 anni frequento la Pizzeria Paradiso. È sempre una garanzia. Farinata croccante fuori e morbida dentro....una goduria. Pizza al padellino (io prendo sempre la rinforzata di mozzarella) di giuste dimensioni, soffice e ben cotta. Veloci e tutti gentili, certo è meglio prenotare. Non cambiate nulla, andate bene così. Il locale è un pezzo di storia di Collegno.
