I come to this restaurant almost once a week and it's become a true must-try. It's perfect for a quick dinner for two without a reservation, or for when I have guests from out of town. The menu combines traditional Roman dishes with more original options for those like me who like to change things up every now and then! My absolute favorites are the sea bream tartare carbonara and the pasta carbonara, both classic and with truffle: always impeccable!! Highly recommended!!!

This restaurant was close to our hotel, so we ended up eating there every evening — and I’m so glad we did. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to recommend dishes or give us advice. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of each time. Not to mention the food — everything we tried was delicious, genuinely nothing to complain about. Great service, great atmosphere, and excellent cuisine. I don’t regret choosing this place at all and would highly recommend it.

The staff were all friendly... the Boss is definitely the star... he's the only one taking orders... available to recommend and explain the dishes. I had an excellent cacio e pepe first course... excellent fried calamari... and a spectacular special tiramisu... pictured. Portions were perhaps a little on the small side... or just right... depending on your habits.

11/12/2025: We celebrated our birthday beautifully thanks to Maria and Agata's advice and kindness 🤗 We wanted to try the Black Angus cheek and then choose the steak... the suggestion was to start with the cheek, perfect and accompanied by excellent focaccia and some slices of homemade lardo, followed by the American ribeye, tender just the way we like it, with baked potato wedges and grilled pumpkin with gorgonzola... We prefer beer, and the IPA we chose was a perfect match. The desserts, including the brownie and cheesecake, were delicious. Highly recommended for the selection and quality of the meats, the ambiance, the service, and the remarkable value for money!

12/12/2025: Typical Frascati tavern, stumbled upon by chance during Christmas shopping. The owners show a refinement in the raw materials. The red Cesanese is good. The combination of cabbage and cheese from the lower Tuscia is interesting.
01/11/2025: I ate at this restaurant for dinner. The food was definitely good, but the service and staff were somewhat questionable. I'd just finished eating and my plate was immediately taken away from the table. We waited quite a while for the pasta, but above all, the cashier was incredibly rude. She complained that I was paying in cash because she didn't have change. Finally, she gave me the change but slammed it on the table in a rather annoyed way. Too bad... the pasta was very good!
