We went to Neuro Ristorante as a couple today, and I don't understand some of the negative reviews I only read after visiting the restaurant. We had a fantastic meal with starters, main courses, and desserts, some of which were recommended by the winery, and a bottle of wine. The entire staff was more than attentive and incredibly kind and polite. We noticed the same attentiveness from the staff among the other guests as well. The prices are really reasonable for the location, and the quality, taste, and portion size of the food are excellent.
Unfortunately, we're leaving tomorrow; otherwise, we would definitely eat here again.

In the heart of the historic center of Polignano. Simple and tasty cuisine. The fried pizza with cherry tomatoes and ricotta forte and the fried garlic meatballs are delicious. Very friendly service. Large portions. Average price.

Can only say very positive things about Ristorante Neuro. Don't expect a gastronomic palace but our food was very tasty with very good portion size. For a very decent restaurant in the centre of Polignano it is perfect. Service was only lacking when I needed to get the bill but apart from that they were attentive. Excellent, solid place. Under €100 for 2 courses each, a decent bottle of wine and water.

They sat us fairly quickly (10 minute wait), but the service once seated is slow and sporadic. It took almost 20 minutes to check in on us and offer drinks or bread. Once we placed the order, it took another 20+ minutes to get the food... BUT then you taste the food and forget the wait. It was very flavorful and delicious. The macaroni with sausage was great. The lobster fettuccine was delicious. The fish was most mid, but even that was good. Overall, go for the food and ambiance, not the service 😉

Precioso restaurante y servicio amable, aunque el restaurante estaba super lleno, no esperamos tanto. Comimos ensalada de mariscos y sopa de mejillones para empezar y luego tuvimos tagliatelle de langosta y ñoquis con mariscos. Todos fueron geniales. Me sorprende ver que solo tienen 3 estrellas.

Il ristorante si trova nella piazzetta del centro storico, posizione molto bella, il locale è caratteristico, ben arredato e pulito. Il servizio è buono, cortesia e velocità nel servire i clienti. Il menù è formato da piatti della cucina pugliese, gustosi, saporiti e con porzioni generose.
