If you're passing through Valbrembo, you must stop for lunch at La Torretta. At lunchtime, they offer a set menu with a vegetable buffet and interesting dishes. The rice salad with shrimp, green apple, and arugula is spectacular. The ingredients are top-quality and expertly prepared. The service is quick and attentive.

Friendly staff, good pizza in a pleasant atmosphere. A bit noisy; when there are a lot of people, it can be a bit difficult to hear each other if you're sitting far apart at the same table. The soundproofing could be improved, but otherwise, it's very pleasant.

The three thin crust pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven: Peppino, Napoli anchovies, and jellyfish (octopus base) are truly supreme and very digestible. Oscar is a legend, and the girls are truly kind. I highly recommend it.

The pizza isn't up to par with other pizzerias. Also, as a restaurant, even considering the unique ingredients, it's quite expensive. We won't be back! It's very different from what we remembered.
