Very good food, very nice service, very good wine. We were completely satisfied

We found this place during our stay in Affi. The pizzas are cheap and very good, a wide choice of beers including craft beers, very good desserts. Considering what we ate we didn't spend much. Super recommended place 🔝

Wir waren im Oktober bereits hier und der Besuch war nicht überzeugend…aber alle anderen Restaurants in Cavaion hatten Urlaub oder Ruhetag…somit trieb es uns noch ein mal ins La Rosa. Wir waren die ersten Gäste aber kurz darauf füllte sich das Restaurant gut. Wir bestellten ein Tagliata mit gegrilltem Gemüse eine Pizza Tropea (aber ohne Pancetta / Vegetarier) und einen gemischten Salat sowie Wasser und Wein. Die Begrüssung sowie der Service waren effizient aber recht neutral. Fleisch , gegrilltes Gemüse und der traurige gemischte Salat kamen zuerst. Die Pizza dann etwas später. Das Fleisch war leider nicht richtig warm ( aber lecker) , das Gegrillte Gemüse und der Salat waren sehr armselig ( wenn man sieht welche tollen Gemüse auf den Märkten , auch im kleinen Cavaion, angeboten wird) die Pizza war mit ein wenig eingelegten Zwiebeln aus Tropea belegt. (der Panchetta war ja abbestellt worden) Schade , denn das Restaurant ist an sich recht chic , aber das Essen z.B. in der Bar Berengario 21 ( nur wenige Schritte entfernt) ist deutlich schmackhafter und der Service freundlicher.

There probably won't be a third visit/attempt. We were already here in October and the visit wasn't convincing...but all the other restaurants in Cavaion were on vacation or closed...so we went to La Rosa again. We were the first guests but shortly afterwards the restaurant filled up. We ordered a tagliata with grilled vegetables, a pizza Tropea (but without pancetta/vegetarian) and a mixed salad as well as water and wine. The welcome and service were efficient but quite neutral. Meat, grilled vegetables and the sad mixed salad came first. The pizza a little later. Unfortunately, the meat wasn't really warm (but tasty), the grilled vegetables and the salad were very poor (if you see what great vegetables are offered in the markets, including in the small Cavaion), the pizza was with a little pickled onions from Tropea proven. (the Panchetta had been canceled) It's a shame, because the restaurant itself is quite chic, but the food in the bar Berengario 21 (just a few steps away) is much tastier and the service is friendlier.

I was there for two consecutive evenings, we had a very good time both in terms of food and service, very qualified staff, I recommend it

Buona ma, metteteci un po' di roba in più sopra....pizze che costano oltre i 10 € e indipendentemente dagli ingredienti,gli affettati sopra, veramente minimi
