01/12/2025: Fantastic culinary journey 🤩
As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with a warm smile (I often emphasize hospitality), and were escorted upstairs—what a lovely surprise 😃
Exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, a rectangular mirror on the wall creating greater depth to the room, and thoughtfully designed furnishings with great style creating a warm atmosphere.
As soon as we were seated, we were welcomed with high-quality mortadella and soft bread.
Let's move on to the menu, not overly extensive but concise and refined.
A wonderful selection of wines, for all budgets (bottle or glass) 😃
We started with two appetizers "designed for sharing": fried polenta and Parmesan meatballs "a delight."
Let's move on to the main courses: 1 beef cheek in red wine and 1 seared belly with salsa verde "a delight."
Let's move on to desserts 😃 We ordered tiramisu, and off-menu, they offered us the classic panettone "with candied fruit," and with Chantilly cream "a delight." They added that the panettone's strong point was the perfectly executed dough.
