Honestly, I'm writing this review at 6:30 in the morning because it's not possible to make 1m of raw pizza... I couldn't digest the pizza in 10 hours.

Tried for dinner on December 22, 2025. The restaurant is quite large, the staff were friendly, and the service was reasonably fast. However, I must point out that I gave it two stars for the atmosphere because the restaurant was full that evening (probably due to the upcoming holidays and the presence of a birthday party). The noise level was so high that it was difficult to hear the person sitting across the table. The menu includes a variety of wood-fired pizzas, as well as both fish and meat dishes. The fritto misto is a must-try, perfectly dry and crispy. The seafood risotto was also excellent. At the end of the meal, we were also offered a complimentary liqueur of our choice. The wait for the pizzas was a bit longer than for the restaurant dishes, as they also offer takeout, so priority may have been given to the latter. I will definitely return, but in quieter times.

In my opinion, this is the best pizza by the meter in Alessandria, but the restaurant is also very good, with generous portions and almost all the desserts are homemade.

Just off the A26 motorway (a few kilometers from the toll booth), this restaurant is a must-stop for lunch. The set menu is varied, with all dishes generous and delicious. The focaccia with cherry tomatoes has always been a staple with our first course. The desserts are delicious. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. See you soon!

My wife and I went for pizza... or at least we tried! The dough looked like it was still on vacation in the oven: raw in the center and a little tender at the edges. The place is a blast from the past, with '70s furnishings and period floors: practically a museum, except here you have to pay a cover charge. An ideal place if you want to dine with grandma and relive the good old days. 😂

12/12/2025: Perfect place to get a delicious pizza or a dish from the restaurant (in fact, for me, it's the best pizzeria in Piedmont), and the focaccia is also very good. Excellent service, clean and welcoming.
10/12/2025: We recently had the pleasure of having lunch at this pizzeria, and the experience was absolutely positive in every way. Atmosphere and Service: The place is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a family lunch without the hustle and bustle of other places. We found the staff very courteous and attentive; the service was efficient and pleasant. The Food – A Pleasant Surprise: The portions are definitely generous, but the real star was the pizza, simply excellent! Light dough and high-quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. A special mention goes to the appetizer, which truly amazed us: we tried the "Belin che Fritto" (a name that says it all!) and it did not disappoint. Crispy and light fried pizza, an absolute must! In summary: If you're looking for a place to eat excellent pizza, feel comfortable, and not leave hungry, this is the place. Highly recommended!

06/01/2026: It's a bit remote, but if you're in the Monferrato area and want to eat fish, this is the place to go. Generous portions.
28/12/2025: We've been here twice for dinner with friends. The reviews and word of mouth were always a bit mixed, so we decided to give it a try. The first time, the restaurant was packed, so it took a while, but we were there to enjoy ourselves, so everything was pretty good. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable, the fish was good and plentiful, the only negative was the marinated sea bass, which was definitely over-marinated (but we were told it was the right amount!) The second time, I think, was our last. We first asked if it was possible to skip the sea bass, and were told no (oh well), but in the end, this time it was good, balanced, and had a completely different flavor. With the second course, the waitress, seeing our hesitation, suggested we order some mixed fried fish and grilled fish to serve in the center of the table. We gladly accepted! But no, it wasn't a great idea... A tray of fried and grilled fish arrived, all thrown together, for six people, and well, it wasn't exactly hot! The final surprise, of course, was the bill! We didn't even have a receipt to check the prices... we think we paid about €25 for the second course... definitely too much... total €61.50 each... what can I say, at the very least, it would have been a nice gesture to offer everyone a coffee or at least round up the total to €60... instead, they gave two of us a €1.50 discount, but the other four didn't get anything 😅😂 Too bad, just as we were pleasantly surprised the first time, we were unpleasantly "disappointed" the second time...
