02/09/2025: We come once a year (at least) when we're vacationing in the area. The food is excellent, to say the least, but the highlight is definitely the staff, who, despite the fact that it's not seasonal, were happy to prepare the seafood carbonara (which I obviously recommend to everyone!).

Spacious restaurant, converted from an old mill, with a remarkable terracotta barrel vault.
We ate
. 2 passatelli with seafood, a savory, tasty dish.
. 1 fried calamari, shrimp, and vegetables. Perfectly cooked, not at all greasy, very digestible.
. 1 mixed seafood grill, abundant and varied.
. 1 bottle of Bianchello del Metauro (a local white wine, still, moderately strong, fragrant).
. 1 water
. 1 house semifreddo
. 1 moretta (a typical Fano coffee, with a blend of liqueurs and orange zest), excellent for digestion.
All for €104.
I definitely recommend this place.

Passing through Fano, we returned to this restaurant. I confirm the very positive overall opinion.
We ate:
. 1 marinated anchovies with onion: pleasant, delicate
. 1 chickpea and clam soup, excellent with a drizzle of oil and a sprinkle of pepper
. 1 passatelli with mantis shrimp and cherry tomatoes, good and plentiful
. 1 tagliatelle with squid ink, chopped otata and cherry tomatoes
. 1 bottle of Verdicchio di Jesi Umano e Ronchi, savory, salty, at the right temperature, perfect for the dishes mentioned
. 2 warm chocolate cakes
. 2 morette
. 1 bottle of water
All for 95 euros
Great value for money.
If we have the chance, we'll be back.
