The staff are always friendly and the service impeccable. The food is good quality and excellent value. Every time we go to Ponte, it's a regular stop.

As I turn 55, I think I've been to Brasa countless times, or at least every time I pass through Ponte di Legno. Tonight, however, something left a bitter taste in my mouth, so much so that I keep thinking... but why?! We're having dinner with my mother-in-law, Cilena, who only speaks Spanish, but she knows the Capricciosa pizza well, perhaps only the one besides the Margherita, and she orders it. When the pizza arrives, she says... but the Capricciosa doesn't have anchovies, right? No, Veronica. Oh well, I'll eat them anyway, it doesn't matter. But you know, it's really too salty, it's inedible. Waiter, would you mind remaking the Capricciosa pizza without the anchovies? No problem, of course, she replies. And so far, so good... then she arrives, I think the owner's daughter, with an unprofessional or farsighted attitude, and says to me: The ingredients were written on the menu, do you want me to put the one you don't eat in a box for you? No thanks, miss, it's inedible. In the end, I would have bet on it, I paid twice for the Capricciosa pizza. When I complained, I saw the owner embarrassed by the young lady's answers. She continued, insisting that in the mountains they make Capricciosa with anchovies and I should have read the menu!!! I won't add anything else and leave it to you, the readers, to draw your own conclusions. They really lose out over so little, they don't even make a small effort to please the customer... All for a Capricciosa pizza.

Everything is excellent, fresh, and artisanal. The prices are still average, but it's truly money well spent. The staff is friendly and professional. The place is also very comfortable. There are only two drawbacks: one is subjective, that the kitchen closes early, and the other, objective, is the very limited parking.

Last night we dined at La Brasa and the experience was overall positive. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, with warm furnishings in typical mountain style. The menu is extensive, featuring traditional game dishes, as well as pizzas for those who prefer simpler options. We chose two polentas (very good) and a Milanese cutlet for our son: the food was good, the portions were adequate, and above all, the service was very fast and friendly, which we greatly appreciated. We finished the meal with two desserts; initially, they had charged us twice for them, but when we pointed this out, they kindly corrected it immediately. The only thing I didn't like was the table arrangement: it was too close together, leaving little privacy. Overall, however, the overall rating remains positive, and the restaurant is a good choice for a dinner in Ponte di Legno.

The owner and all the waiters are very kind. There's always a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it!
