Saraceno in Bologna was a true culinary paradise! The tasting menu was a revelation, with simply exquisite cooked, raw, and marinated appetizers. The two first courses offered by the chef were impressively sophisticated: the risotto and ravioli were incredibly good and beautifully presented. As my first time writing a review, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and presentation of the dishes. I highly recommend trying this restaurant!

We had lunch at this restaurant and had an excellent experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is refined and welcoming. The food is the highlight: we tried the crab, which was truly delicious, perfectly cooked and rich in flavor. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The wine selection is also excellent. The location is charming and makes lunch even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

One of the best seafood restaurants in Bologna! The staff is incredibly friendly and the chef is excellent. We've tried so many restaurants in the city, but this one really stood out for the freshness of the fish and the skill of the chef. Try the tuna tataki; it's spectacular!

As a Bolognese, there's no better place to eat fish in Bologna. A family atmosphere and a special atmosphere. Kudos to the entire staff and many compliments to Matteo, a very capable chef.

La comida y el servicio eran increíbles. El entrante de calabacín y calamar de Bruce estaba delicioso. Tomé los espaguetis y las almejas y mi esposo tomó el tagliatelle de marisco. Ambos estaban muy deliciosos con un montón de mariscos y la salsa era muy sabrosa. El servicio fue muy profesional y fueron muy amables y serviciales. Realmente recomendaría una comida aquí

27/06/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant for my birthday. I had already been to this restaurant in the past, very refined. The dishes, from the Bolognese tradition, are revisited in a modern way. I had the risotto Acquerello and the beef fillet with grilled mushrooms. Both were exquisitely good! For dessert, a caramel semifreddo, which was pleasant because it was not too "sweet". The bill is perfectly proportionate to the food, the environment and the staff, very prepared and very kind without being cloying. My advice? If you have guests and want to take them to dinner in a nice restaurant, with traditional Bolognese dishes in a quiet environment, come here. You will certainly make a good impression.
08/06/2025: They told me about a “journey” in tasting… well, I can assure you that I really felt this pleasant sensation: a very pleasant journey along which I appreciated every single dish both in terms of presentation and taste. Congratulations!

05/07/2025: We first discovered this gem of a restaurant in Imola last year during the Formula 1 weekend, while celebrating my husband’s birthday — and we’ve been thinking about it ever since. Today, we finally returned, and it was just as perfect as we remembered. The menu is small, but every dish is thoughtfully crafted and absolutely delicious. The wine list is exceptional — truly one of the best we’ve come across. Most of all, the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the entire experience feel personal and warm. We’ve looked forward to coming back all year, and it did not disappoint. Highly recommended!
