We enjoyed Saraceno so much at lunch that we returned for dinner the very next day—and it was absolutely the right decision. The welcome was warm from the moment we walked in; the staff have that perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism that makes you feel genuinely looked after without ever being rushed. The food was just as impressive the second time around. Fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour, each dish felt crafted with care. There’s a consistency here that’s rare: whether you pop in for a casual lunch or settle in for a relaxed evening meal, the quality remains outstanding. Saraceno has that special charm that makes you want to linger a little longer. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and a team who clearly take pride in what they do. We’ll happily return again.

We went because it was next to the hotel and it was a total success. The best prawns we've ever had. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was fantastic. The rest of the food was just as good as the prawns.

A very welcoming atmosphere and very kind waiters. If you like Neapolitan pizza, this is one of the best in Bologna. I recommend the sausage and broccoli rabe...amazing! Among the first courses you must try: the risotto!!! Barbara and Matteo

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, seven of us. The service was wonderful. The pizzas were delicious, and they served us in Spanish, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend it.

I had dinner at Saraceno restaurant last night with two friends and it was a truly wonderful experience. The location is beautiful, well-kept, and pleasant, ideal for enjoying the evening. I chose the fish dishes and found them excellent: well-balanced flavors, excellent quality, and meticulously prepared. I was also impressed by the combinations they offered, original and well-executed. The service was also excellent: a special mention to the waitress who looked after us at our table, always attentive and present, capable of making us feel pampered without ever being intrusive. She was excellent at explaining the dishes and very friendly. Highly recommended!
