Le pizze speciali sono intriganti. La mia carbonara è risultata buona. Le altre dei miei commensali altrettanto. Birra alla spina apprezzata. Il tavolo fuori è comunque tranquillo non essendo strada con le auto. Servizio molto attento e cordiale.

I hadn't yet returned after the total restyling which made the place truly beautiful and welcoming. The products offered are excellent and the service reveals the passion for their work. Also worth coming back for a simple aperitif...

Un buen número de las mesas auxiliares de la calle estaban ocupadas el sábado por la noche elegimos cenar en Saraceno, un restaurante en un callejón a solo unas cuadras más allá de la Plaza Mayor. Como todavía estaba bastante caliente preferimos cenar al aire libre - frescor acondicionado del interior del restaurante. Fue una experiencia bastante sofisticada con menús presentados en sobres dorados. Elegimos como entrada compartida un glorioso plato de prosciutto, jamón, parmesano y queso crema. Como ensalada principal de queso de cabra, tagliatelle al ragu y padelland de mare (un plato de gambas, mejillones y almejas) fueron igualmente impresionantes. El proyecto de ley incluía información sobre uno de los lugares históricos de Bolonia.

For a quick stop in Bologna before our return, we sat down with our Australian shepherd on the outdoor terrace. We ordered two really good pizzas, super friendly staff, they welcomed us and served us impeccably. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful both outside and inside! Airy, tables not attached and a quiet street, not too busy and also airy...comfortable seating. Super clean toilet. Impeccable service. I ate a pizza. Good, perhaps slightly cold. I think the other purely fish dishes, I haven't had the pleasure of tasting them. They seem elaborate to me. Prices are not very low but all in all a positive rating!

Perfect and impeccable service, friendly and smiling staff, top pizzas, authentic Napolitana pizza in Bologna, exceptional drinks, very special despite being a pizzeria. I will definitely return to try the fish dishes.
