Very nice and clean restaurant. Good pizza. I had an appetizer of prawns with lard and pistachio sauce and a very good risotto, I don't recommend it (white rice with lemon without an identity), a pleasant sweet caprese cake with mascarpone. Here's EXCELLENT STAFF AND SERVICE.

An excellent family restaurant nestled in the heart of the city center, in a street perpendicular to Via Ugo Bassi, just a few steps from the splendid Piazza Maggiore. The hosts of this place are completely charming, smiling and warm people. Their cuisine reflects their image: generous, tasty and authentic. Il Saraceno is a restaurant I often went to during my Erasmus and the service was always impeccable. I have often had a pizza there; Their pizze menu is well stocked, the value for money is more than adequate, the crust succulent, the ingredients fresh. A very good address not to be missed during your visit or stay in Bologna.

It's a wonderful place, with delicious flavors and elegant waiters... We loved the fish varieties and desserts, both in taste and presentation.

Le pizze speciali sono intriganti. La mia carbonara è risultata buona. Le altre dei miei commensali altrettanto. Birra alla spina apprezzata. Il tavolo fuori è comunque tranquillo non essendo strada con le auto. Servizio molto attento e cordiale.

Un buen número de las mesas auxiliares de la calle estaban ocupadas el sábado por la noche elegimos cenar en Saraceno, un restaurante en un callejón a solo unas cuadras más allá de la Plaza Mayor. Como todavía estaba bastante caliente preferimos cenar al aire libre - frescor acondicionado del interior del restaurante. Fue una experiencia bastante sofisticada con menús presentados en sobres dorados. Elegimos como entrada compartida un glorioso plato de prosciutto, jamón, parmesano y queso crema. Como ensalada principal de queso de cabra, tagliatelle al ragu y padelland de mare (un plato de gambas, mejillones y almejas) fueron igualmente impresionantes. El proyecto de ley incluía información sobre uno de los lugares históricos de Bolonia.
