Returning from Pienza, found ourselves by chance looking for a place to eat, home cooking, delicious and plentiful, welcoming, helpfulness and courtesy like family, prices definitely within everyone's reach!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!

A comfortable restaurant near the main road with free parking. Well cooked dishes with typical Tuscan products. The appetizer of cured meats and cheeses was excellent and the cut with rocket and parmesan and the one with rosemary were very good. The desserts are also good, an excellent panna cotta and the coconut and chocolate cake.

For a roadside dining experience on our way to wine tasting this restaurant had exceptional food. Everything tasted so fresh - the bruschetta, the salmon penne and the pici cacio e pepe were excellent.

Amazing food and the best wine I've ever tasted, and it was the house wine! I got the fungi pasta (mushrooms) and it was delicious and so fresh. The house wine was incredible, and I don't even like wine! We think the house wine might be whatever bottle another table orders a glass from so they serve the rest of the bottle since we thought our wine changed after having a few glasses but maybe we were just full and had so much wine. Either way incredible and a great way to start our via frangencia walk!

Ristorante nella media , qualità discreta , quantità ridotta, prezzo non proprio economico. Purtoppo all'aperto è infestato da mosche e zanzare a metà giugno , forse a causa del fiume adiacente

11/08/2024: Beautiful view from the terrace. We only ate ice cream (delicious). Very nice service.
03/08/2024: Restaurant at the entrance to the historic center of Monticchiello. The free parking lot at the entrance to the town is small and usually full, so you have to park in the lower area and go up a steep hill because the entire town is ZTL. Spectacular views from the terrace, where they kindly provided us with a table for our large group. The service is very top. Regarding the food, there is nothing that was particularly bad, but nothing was particularly good either. In our case, there has not been a good quality-price ratio, I suppose it is more a place for tapas and drinks than for eating with the family. If this is your case, look for other options.

Fonteverde Tuscan Resort Restaurant

13/08/2024: Historic house surrounded by greenery, very clean and well-kept hotel. excellent service, cozy rooms and a very comfortable bed. the breakfast was decent... perhaps a little below for a 5 star hotel. the dinner was excellent however. the thermal area and the spa were nice... but I can't give an opinion because it did too hot to use it. The cool pool area was spacious and nice and was the backdrop to our weekend of complete relaxation
15/06/2024: Completely relaxing stay. Compliments to the Chef who made us taste excellent dishes. Al Maitre, very attentive to all needs and an excellent advisor. The staff were all extremely kind. Two unforgettable days in an enchanting landscape.
