We were recommended the restaurant excellent service super friendly staff and chef made us feel at home special requests were immediately taken into account thank you very much and if we are ever in Rome again we will definitely come back

Frequento questo locale di tanto in tanto durante la settimana nella pausa pranzo. Il menù a 12€ dal lunedì al venerdì e’ perfetto e sempre soddisfacente. Provato pranzo di sabato con famiglia e bimbo al seguito. Giorgio, il proprietario, è gentilissimo e disponibile. Mangiato piatti a base di pesce: antipasto misto, diversi primi, due secondi. Tutto ottimo, dolci compresi. Il prezzo onesto considerata la freschezza della materia prima. Tutto cucinato perfettamente. Super consigliato se non cercate una location “in” ma volete mangiare in un locale ben climatizzato, pulito, arredato con semplicità ma anche con gusto.

I spent a few days in the Sant' Eugenio hospital looking for a place to eat genuine food. Thanks to word of mouth I found Il Girasole. Excellent food, excellent welcome. Excellent quality/price

Clean restaurant, well-kept environment, very welcoming, not very large, offers excellent dishes. Ours was the first time at this restaurant. We ordered starters, first and second courses and desserts. We were very satisfied and will definitely return thanks again to the very kind owner and the waitress who was extremely nice and kind!!!!

22/08/2025: The pinsa was delicious and well-seasoned, with a truly light and digestible dough. The menu's price structure was much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.
06/08/2025: The first time you'll understand, I was with friends to get some pinsa to go. After eating the first one, you can't do without it. So good and fragrant, well-seasoned without skimping. Excellent ingredients, and the mozzarella is mozzarella. They also do first and second courses, one might expect them to be nothing special considering it's a pinseria, but instead... Very honest portions and prices, too, and I repeat, with excellent ingredients!! The characteristic lamps that adorn the walls are made by him! Maybe I'll post some photos next time. A word also for the family who runs it, everyone is really kind and helpful.

24/07/2025: A beautiful place, very convenient for its proximity to Fiumicino Airport. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds. The kindness and helpfulness of the owner, Maurizio, made all the difference in choosing this place. He greeted us upon arrival and explained how the property works. The kitchen fridge had water, soft drinks, and coffee available. Maurizio offered us a shuttle service to the airport. The garden is a great place to relax and even have breakfast outside...a truly beautiful place to see. Just steps from the canal, which allows you to stroll along shops and restaurants. I recommend the restaurant Maurizio recommended: Fish Take Away, which is on the long canal just steps away; it's very good and affordable. It's not the first time we've booked here, and we've never been disappointed! In fact, we always want to return! Thanks again, Maurizio, for your kindness; you make all the difference! I'll definitely be back!
