The rooms are clean and tidy, but the furnishings are somewhat worn, so you'd immediately think they're good value for money in terms of aesthetics. Aside from that, I'd appreciate the late check-in and the hospitality and professionalism. I had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed with soft pillows, a warm room, and a working bathroom. I would have given it a 5 if the price were slightly lower, since you can find even modern 4s with huge rooms for that price. I don't understand the point of the loud TV on the outside wall facing the street; in my opinion, it just creates a disturbance.

The rooms are very nice, clean, and tidy. They even provide cookies, and it's very technologically advanced. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and it's in a great location, but the restaurant is separate from the rooms, so in the morning you have to walk a short distance to get there.

The room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The owners were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Unfortunate parking but the owner made me a toast at midnight, with the restaurant closed, which was so plentiful and good! Terrifyingly kind 💓💓💓💓

We stayed in Raffaele's apartment for two days and felt completely at home. The apartment is spacious and perfectly located for trips to Caorle, Bibione, or Eraclea Mare. It was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The breakfast was typically Italian and delicious. All in all, 5 stars! 🌟
