If you love seafood, Ristorante Gino in Arenzano is highly recommended! For us, it's a must-visit when we're passing through Liguria: we've stopped here several times and have never been disappointed. Although the restaurant is located on the busy coastal road, its location is quite secluded and quiet enough: if you'd like to dine outside, the restaurant has a shaded outdoor area, protected by evergreen flowerbeds that muffle traffic noise and add to the ambiance. Furthermore, the outdoor area is divided into two sections: one side is the "trattoria" area (more rustic, with red and white checked tablecloths and a menu at trattoria prices) and the other side is the "restaurant" area (slightly more elegant, with white tablecloths and a more refined and delicious menu). The restaurant's interior is also charming and tastefully decorated. But what matters is the food, which is definitely top-notch and reasonably priced. Five stars, well deserved.

Good pizza, prices are normal for the area and you can have lunch and dinner outside. A special mention goes to the staff, who are kind and attentive.

On holiday in Arenzano and the second time we come to eat in this place and I must say that as always it is delicious, excellent quality, preparation done with great care, real research into the flavours of the dishes and a very attentive service, congratulations

From the first time we stopped to eat at this place, we felt at ease. Both the staff and the management are always attentive to our requests. The pizza and restaurant are excellent. The B&B rooms are very beautiful and modern. The cleanliness is top notch. I highly recommend Gino! Cinzia and Alessandro Sedino

The care and dedication to their customers are part of this splendid restaurant. The interior is meticulously decorated, with several outdoor tables. I had a truly quality cocktail, and, not least, it was truly full, not more than half full of ice like some places serve. If you're in the area, try it!

Excellent restaurant in a central location. It offers two menus: trattoria and restaurant... both excellent. The restaurant menu is refined and features top-quality products. The bill is very reasonable and the staff is friendly!

Di ritorno da un vacanzina sulla riviera di ponente ci fermiamo ad Arenzano per pranzo e, consigliati da amici, prenoto in questo ristorante. L'aspetto è elegante sia nel arredo che mise en place. Il menù è prevalentemente di pesce ma non manca la carne. Noi ci dividiamo un brandacujon, ben presentato, buono e abbondante anche se più ricco in patata che baccalà rispetto a quanto mi aspettassi. Io scelgo un primo di ravioli di pesce un pò speciali nati da un ricetta povera locale....buoni; mia moglie un fritto di paranza che troviamo fragrante, abbondante e apprezziamo. Finiamo con un tiramisù rivisitato e un millefoglie...buoni. Con un calice di prosecco e due caffè pago un conto medio alto in linea con il locale, la preparazione e qualità delle pietanze ed il servizio. Ci tornerei.

06/07/2025: This bar and diner has been guaranteeing quality and hospitality on Piazza Rossetti for many years. Breakfasts are quick to serve and have a wide selection. Lunch offers hot and cold menus at a good price. It is a reference for a pleasant and restorative break!
24/06/2025: The location is fantastic, on the corner of Piazza Rossetti under the arcades, many seats available outside, spacious outdoor area, excellent cafeteria, excellent dry pastries and croissants, various cakes also made by them. The internal space is not as large as the outside but it still has plenty of seating, I was there during lunch time on a weekday, and it is full of office workers or people who work, it has a simple home-style menu, classic for a diner bar, pleasant I would say. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick, I went several times, at different times and days for work in the area, they are always smiling. Toilet always tidy and comfortable. What can I say, it's a good place for a lunch break. I haven't seen the aperitifs but I know they satisfy, so they say, and on Sundays they serve ice cream. You can get there by bus 31, which stops at Brignole in the station, or on the way back from the sea to the station. The stop is right on Piazza Rossetti in front of Piazzale Kennedy.

25/08/2025: The seafood risotto (in white wine) was absolutely delicious, so abundant that I didn't need a second course, but unfortunately, I'm talking about a year or two ago. The entire staff was courteous. We gladly returned, but unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied. Every time we asked to take the corner table, a young, hasty waiter told us it wasn't possible because a group of four might arrive, but they always failed to arrive. We trusted them until today, but unfortunately, I have to say it's absolutely beyond reproach, and never again! Especially with the food, which is a serious matter. I'm sorry, but I won't repeat that huge mistake.
