A little off the beaten track from the entrance to San Gimignano (hence the restaurant's name), this is a pleasant and accessible little restaurant offering excellent value for money. It's basic, but good, and not overpriced, especially for families with children.

Well, we had lovely experience here last night . The waiter was friendly and chatty . He was happy to let us have as long as we wished to enjoy a drink and the view before ordering food. I was sipping a rather splendid Chianti Classico, which for €30 was excellent and served slightly chilled for the climate....perfect. We just had pizzas which were top drawer.....I went for the ham and cheese with a few extra euros for buffalo mozzarella....one of the nicest pizzas I've ever had. My wife went for one with truffle which she thoroughly enjoyed. I will 100% return here !

Siamo capitati qua per caso Atmosfera molto carina nonostante i rumori della strada Cibo veramente ottimo, complimenti Servizio un po' lento ma sono stati molto cordiali dall'inizio alla fine Posto da ritornare e consigliare assolutamente

24/07/2025: Excellent welcome and table service, excellent wine selection, I recommend the charcuterie board.
19/06/2025: Three years of visiting Montepulciano and Tuscany. Perfect spot to get into the vibes and feeling of this marvelous, magical town. This is where we always start our visit to get into the mood. Splendid wine selection and the food? Carpaccio, cold cuts...we could go for seconds and thirds and so on. Service is sweet and helpful. Be a friendly guest, they deserve it :) We also wholeheartedly recommend the wine shop.
