I have been on holiday in this hotel for several years. Every time I had a great time and the staff is extremely kind and competent. The cuisine is truly excellent (I attach the video of the dessert evening).

One week stay in San Vigilio di Marebbe
The hotel did not fully meet our expectations.
The positives first.
Silence, location with respect to the facilities and the center of the town, spacious room (superior), cleanliness and kindness of the staff.
Below are the negative sides.
Room lighting (either all on or all off); lighting in the common areas (few spaces with warm, soft light), small thermal bath, not comfortable both in terms of furnishings and the absence of spare towels and, above all, no external view of the mountains; hydromassage tub only for a fee and pool water temperature too cold (it is not 30º);
limited food, not very refined and with very little choice, decidedly disappointing and the absence of a post-ski afternoon snack is felt; the ski room is poorly positioned, forcing skiers to exit from the furthest point from the lifts.
Furthermore, the dated furnishings of some rooms (bar and access to the restaurant) do not blend with the modern style of others, giving, overall, a sense of approximation.
Last but not least, American Express is not accepted, which is unacceptable for an accommodation facility in one of the most popular places in the skiing scene.
Overall it is a decent hotel but not up to 4 stars.

I was completely overwhelmed by the accommodations, staff, cuisine, location, and ambiance of the Hotel Condor. I never felt like a guest, but more importantly like a member of a large family. From the moment I walked in I was not just another passing tourist. The amazing three course dinners were all excellently offered with the utmost care and presentation. The sumptuous breakfast will please any discerning foodie. There is SO much to choose and select from the breakfast buffet. The waitstaff never made me feel rushed whether during breakfast or dinner. They were always attentive to any questions I posed, and I had wonderful conversations with them. The spa and exercise area are extensive. The Leimegger family made me feel at home during my stay for the Women's World Cup Skiing event. I hope to return soon.

For all recommendations, this hotel is perfection! The owners of the hotel are very helpful, whatever you need. They are always cheerful and smiling, so you must be relaxed as if you were at home. The hotel is perfectly clean, the level of cleanliness is fantastically maintained. The service at the level shines from cleanliness. The food is also too good, there is nothing that we would change, it is perfect! We will come back to this hotel again!
