Always worth a motorcycle vacation. I've been coming to the Condor for 13 years now and I'm still thrilled. The friendliness, the excellent and delicious food, and the beautiful tours with Konrad are a dream.

Simply everything great rooms, staff, service

A hotel where you'll truly feel at home! The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The owner family, in particular, treats every guest like a good old friend, making you feel warmly welcomed, almost like a second home. The food is excellent, and dinner is a real highlight. The appetizer buffet, served appetizer, main course, and dessert or dessert buffet leave absolutely nothing to be desired, offering a great combination of traditional (Ladin evening!) and Mediterranean cuisine. We looked forward to dinner every day! Breakfast also leaves nothing to be desired, with freshly prepared egg dishes, various rolls and breads, jams, cheese, sausage, muesli, fruit, etc. A large swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room offer all the amenities you need to relax after a strenuous day of hiking or biking. It was our first time there and we were absolutely thrilled. We'll definitely be back!

Condor is a beautiful property located just outside the center with a beautiful view of the Dolomites and the village. The welcome is aseptic, with no explanation of the services; instead, they rely on scanning a QR code. There's no one to unload your luggage; you have to make do with trolleys placed at the entrance. The common areas are well-kept and clean. My standard room was livable, with a balcony and a view of the mountains, including the side, and the village. There's a lovely indoor pool heated to 30°C (86°F), but it's unsupervised, and many guests don't respect basic hygiene rules, such as showering before entering the pool or putting swim trunks on small children. The restaurant is pleasant, with well-set and tidy tables, but it's very hot, and no one opens the windows. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive, although a bit monotonous; the desserts aren't very rich and repetitive; the savory options and fresh fruit are better. The cuisine is the hotel's true asset, with excellent, well-cooked and presented dishes; the table service was polite and efficient. We had two problems with the room; once we returned at 1:00 PM and it wasn't ready yet; we asked the floor maids if they could remake it for us and were assured that they would do so immediately after what they were doing. After 45 minutes, we showed up, but the room still needed to be made; in the meantime, they had done all the other rooms. We reported the problem to management without receiving a satisfactory response. Another time, we found the room had been hastily made up, with the sheets barely turned down compared to how we had left it; again, we reported the inconvenience, but the response was disappointing, not even the willingness to send a maid to remake the room properly. The bill, over €2,600 for a week for two, came to me. I politely asked for a small discount to make up for the inconvenience, but they refused. Accurate calculation, even with the 80 cents after the decimal point. "By one point, Martin lost his temper..." It goes without saying.

I spent a week's vacation at the Hotel Condor and finally got to unwind after a year of work. A wonderful place, an exceptional hotel, and truly welcoming staff. I'm already booking for next year.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, cleanliness, comfortable, modern, and spacious rooms. The cuisine is truly remarkable, and the icing on the cake is the courtesy and helpfulness of the owners and all the staff. Congratulations and thanks from all of us.

A fantastic family-run hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is just perfect at the Hotel Condor. Upon arrival, you receive a warm and friendly welcome. The rooms are all in immaculate condition and leave nothing to be desired in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Another highlight is the excellent breakfast and fantastic dinner. A great indoor pool and a well-maintained, cozy outdoor area complete the picture. Highly recommended!
