10/07/2024: Sublime experience. 5 course menu included in a smartbox, all remarkable. Greedy and tasty amouse-bouche, with a pleasantly unexpected note at the end (spoon with fried sage leaf, white chocolate and caper powder), accompanied by a glass, then the real journey begins. The first impact, with an egg yolk candy on tomato and basil pesto, is exceptional. Second appetizer with fish fillet, very good although less surprising, then an exceptional risotto in which the beetroot is balanced very well by the boost of the olives. Second course with pork cooked at low temperature, very soft (I personally would have preferred a final browning, but according to my wife it was perfect like this). Dessert with a superb revisited tiramisu. Coffee and small pastry shop, to tell the truth, negligible and not up to par with the rest. Very quiet environment, pleasant music inside at the right volume, very well spaced tables outside. Important and fortunately well-selected wine list, costs accordingly (each glass around 10 euros). Passito and Ruche were fabulous. Attentive and unpretentious service. In short, what can I say, a restaurant that deserves a mention in the Michelin guide, much more than others, and where you can have a divine dinner. The only note that can be improved is to do a treatment against mosquitoes, now kept away (effectively) by scattered mosquito traps.

08/07/2024: Michelin guide restaurant in the center of Chieri, elegant and with a nice summer terrace. The menu is seasonal, in fact the dishes are not listed but only the cost, as seasonality is followed. It is possible to make 2 tasting menus, of 4 or 6 dishes, which can be combined with a wine tasting if desired. The products are excellent and expertly cooked, nothing is left to chance. The staff is kind and attentive, personally I just found the service a little long, an hour of waiting from when you sit down to the starter is too long in my opinion, but there can be some delay. Ideal for a romantic dinner or with friends. The 6-course menu costs €60, drinks and cover charge excluded. I absolutely recommend
