Quiet location. Very friendly staff with great service. Rooms are adequate for holiday traveling. Would recommend and stay again!!

Strategic location, clean hotel, Bell, appearance, the only flaw is the scaffolding for the renovation of the facade. Comfortable rooms, even in the economy version, pity that the windows are on the back of the restaurant and from there come odors and noises. Stellar breakfast, with a unique view of the Pompeii excavations. Super

Overlooks the Pompeii ruins. 4 floors with a small lift (elevator). Breakfast restaurant on 4 th floor. Restaurant ground floor great food but pricey. Plenty of food places down the street. Our room was clean but basic. Italian electric plug connectors only.

Went to this hotel for a film casting and the receptionists were not at all informed on what to do, I can't review the rooms as I don't know what they are like!

Great hotel, helpful staff, good location for Pompeii ruins. Breakfast is on the 4th floor over looking Pompeii ruins, with a great selection of freshly cooked food. They also had gluten free and had lactose free brought in products. (Just ask). We would stay again at this hotel.

Excellent location for accessing the historical site, comfortable, clean and well laid out rooms. The highlight was the breakfast pastries, friendliness of staff during breakfast and the view from the breakfast lounge. Visiting the adjoining restaurant in the evening is also a must.

All the stuff exspecially the manager was very kind. Everything was excellent. All in all I can offer this hotel to everyone.

The people working there are super nice and the included breakfast is great, with plenty of selection and fresh-baked pastries. The rooms were plain but mostly adequate; definitely not "luxurious". We were there to visit the Pompei archeological site so the location was prefect: this hotel is just across the street from one of the main entrances. While it is very nice, it did not seem like a 4-star hotel. But it also did not have a 4-star price; so I guess it was fair. I would stay here again because of the location and breakfast and friendly staff.
