The hotel has a good location and nice facilities. Ample parking is available. The downside is the size of the rooms (small). Regarding the bathroom, we were only given enough toiletries (soap, shampoo) for two people, even though there were three of us. It also had a bad smell, apparently coming from the drains. Because of this, we had to keep the bathroom window open constantly, even though it was autumn, cold, and rainy during our stay. The reception staff, despite their kindness, didn't speak Spanish, making communication difficult. There's a pizzeria or restaurant next door that's connected to the hotel. The night before we left, we wanted to use the complimentary drink (a bottled juice) and also wanted to eat something there, as we were very tired. We had had a long day trip to Amalfi, Positano, and Sorrento. Of the three young men serving the tables, one was rude and discriminatory towards us. He wouldn't let us into the restaurant when I told him we were there for the complimentary drink. He told us the barmaid would serve us and that we should sit in some uncomfortable chairs near the entrance with very high tables. It was obvious to him that we were older women with limited mobility (in our sixties). Then he stayed behind chatting and laughing with his colleagues. The barmaid was also dismissive. This happened on November 20, 2025. It's unfortunate that an experience that could have been pleasant and memorable, like visiting beautiful Pompeii, was marred by a situation that could have been easily avoided with trained and respectful staff.

I stayed in the Villa dei mistiri room and really enjoyed it, there is lots of attention to detail, it does not feel cheap or tacky, they've done it really well, the room is large and very clean. They did unfortunately have scaffolding up which obscured the view from the balcony. The breakfast had a huge variety of things and was all very good quality. The staff were always about and friendly, including the manager who would greet all their guests each morning at breakfast and let us know about anything going on in the area. Well worth the price, best location for Pompeii Ruins, good breakfast and really good rooms.

Excellent hotel with a strategic location, at the entrance to the excavations. The restaurant and pizzeria are very good.

The hotel is in an excellent location, directly opposite the entrance to the Pompeii archaeological park on the amphitheater side. With ample private parking and an excellent pizza restaurant, it's very comfortable. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. I found the room to be very spacious, clean, modernly furnished, and quiet. The on-site parking is a valuable feature, as all the parking lots in the area are paid. This gives you plenty of time to explore the excavations in complete tranquility. I recommend a visit to the hotel's pizza restaurant, where I recommend the excellent deconstructed cheesecake. In conclusion, we were completely satisfied with our stay.

Superbly maintained hotel! Superb cleanliness, excellent breakfast, perfect location, 100 meters from the entrance to the excavations. Small private parking lot. Excellent on-site restaurant with affordable prices.

We stayed at this hotel for the Venditti concert on July 12, 2025, in an economy double room. The location is very central, and the staff is helpful and very courteous. The breakfast was excellent and varied. A special thanks to Ornella for her warm welcome and the advice she gave us on places to visit. Highly recommended.

I didn't want to leave. It has everything you need for a great, no-frills vacation.

The rooms are simple. There's barely any storage space in the bathroom. There's a refrigerator and air conditioning. No German channels are available on the mini-TV. Breakfast is extremely poor.
